  Man Arrested For Child Neglect, Animal Cruelty
Man Charged After
  Police have arrested a Largo man and charged him with two counts of child neg- lect and 29 felony counts of animal cruelty.
According to police, 37- year-old Terrell Coley, was arrested Saturday at about 10:20 a.m., deputies were dispatched 12843 119th Street North in unincorpo- rated Largo, regarding a complaint of multiple dogs barking at the residence.
When deputies arrived on scene, they also heard the dogs barking and attempted to make contact with some- one at the home.
Deputies said when they made contact with Coley in the backyard, a large amount of handmade wood kennels were observed, which housed approximately 30 dogs of all ages. Due to the deputy’s observations of pos- sible animal abuse and ne- glect, Coley was taken into
also located inside the home. Detectives also said that there were two children under the age of 14, were in Coley’s care and inside the home with no food or sup-
plies.
Deputies also discovered
cocaine, multiple firearms, and ammunition inside the residence. A large amount of white powder was addition- ally found and test results are pending.
Coley was arrested and charged two counts felony child neglect, four counts aggravated cruelty to animals, 29 counts animal cruelty, two counts felon in possession of a firearm, one count possession of ammu- nition by a convicted felon, one count possession of co- caine. Additional charges are pending.
Coley was transported to the Pinellas County Jail. The investigation continues.

Deputies obtained a
search warrant from the State Attorney’s Office, Sixth Judicial Circuit, and entered the property and residence. Pinellas County Animal Services arrived at the scene and 33 Pit Bull Terriers of various ages were seized and collected. Four of the dogs were injured. Additional dogfighting equipment was
A 37-year-old man was arrested and charged with murder. He was taken into custody after police re- sponded to the location in reference to a suspicious cir- cumstance at the residence at 3410 38th Street, North.
St. Petersburg Police re- sponded to the location about 1:20 p.m. When they arrived, the body of a man, later identified as 64-year- old Deno Conley was lo- cated in the garage of the home. Police said the death is being investigated as a homicide.
As a result of the investi- gation, police arrested Jef- fery Tillman and charged him with first-degree mur- der.
Tillman was hired by the owner of the house at 3410 38th St. N., to work on some renovations. Conley was a longtime acquaintance

of Tillman.
When Conley went to
the house to see Tillman, Tillman allegedly stabbed him.
Investigators learned that Tillman had contacts in Clearwater and alerted Clearwater Police.
Clearwater Police lo- cated Tillman and took him into custody.
Homeowner Found
    4 Men Indicted For Conspiracy To Commit Crimes
 Four bay area men have been indicted on several crimes, including dressing as police officers. The charges rank from armed robbery to home invasion.
According to the U. S. At- torney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, the un- sealed indictment charged Reginald Roberts a/k/a/ “Rudy,” 22, of Lakeland, Nathaniel Keith Carr, a/k/a “Nate,” 28, of Lake- land, Daniel Jackson, a/k/a “D-Jack,” 29, of Winter Haven), and Chrishawn De’Earl But- ler, a/k/a “Baby,” 22, Bar- tow, with conspiracy, Hobbs Act Robbery, and brandish- ing and discharging firearms in the commission of crimes of violence.
If convicted on all counts, the defendants each face a maximum penalty of life in federal prison. Additionally, Roberts and Butler each

face a minimum mandatory term of 31 years in federal prison, Jackson faces a minimum mandatory term of 24 years in federal prison, and Carr faces a minimum mandatory term of 14 years in federal prison.
Carr and Butler made their initial appearances on May 12, 2022, and were both detained pending trial. Roberts and Jackson will make their initial appear-
ances on June 7, 2022. According to the indict- ment, between December 2020 and April 2021, Roberts, Carr, Jackson, and Butler engaged in a conspiracy to rob individuals they suspected were distrib- uting narcotics. During that time, the conspirators en- gaged in at least five armed robberies in Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, and Lee coun- ties, three of which resulted
in shootings.
While committing these
crimes, the men imperson- ated law enforcement officers by wearing black clothing, gloves, and masks—often with law enforcement in- signia, or vests with “Sheriff” affixed.
In addition, during cer- tain robberies, the conspira- tors drove a black Dodge Durango and white Chevrolet Malibu equipped with blue lights and sirens.
