In addition to Beacon Homes, the CDC of Tampa has launched a new project. The organization plans to build 4 new homes on Columbus Drive, between
15th Street and N. 22nd Street. The homes will have income restrictions of $47,850 per family of four to allow them to be financially accessible for working families.
The new homes are the latest in a growing list of af- fordable housing project the CDC of Tampa, Inc., has cre- ated since its inception in 1992. The organization will celebrate its 25th Anniversary this fall.
