RAY WILLIAMS
SISTER ROBERTA WILLIAMS
Sister Roberta Williams of Tampa passed away Monday, Feb- ruary 8, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Febru- ary 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend Dr. Brett Snowden, Pastor, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are required.
Sister Roberta Williams was a native of Harrison, Georgia, and a resident of Tampa for 66 years. She was educated in the public schools of Washington County, Georgia.
Sister Williams was a member of Greater Bethel Missionary Bap- tist Church, where she served with the Mass Choir, Senior Citizen’s Ministry, Sunday School, G. T. Martin Missionary Ministry, and the Food Ministry.
She retired from Singleton Seafood Company as a Packer.
Roberta was preceded in death by: her parents, Lenzy Williams and Cora Lee Williams; son, David Barlow; grandson, Byron Weaver; 5 siblings and 5 nieces.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: her loving children, James T. Williams (Mattie), Patricia Williams, Carrie Jackson, Effie Weaver (Stanley) and Cynthia Bar- low; grandchildren, James Williams, Jr., (Melissa), Latonia Wilcox (Derrick), Relisa Taylor of Augusta, GA, Stanley Weaver, Jr., of Atlanta, GA, Peaches Christo- pher, Devita Johnson (Wayne), Joe Nathan Williams, Jr., (Jyneatrice), Quinnette Williams, Michael Williams, Alexis Williams, Gwen- dolyn Jackson and Kayneeia Weaver; a host of great grandchil- dren, great, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends, Greater Bethel M. B. Church Fam- ily & Senior Citizen Ministry; and very devoted friends, Albertha Nel- son, Mozelle Rhodes, Barbara Mitchell, Dorothy Williams, Ruth Person, Harriet Scott, Patricia Brown and Helen Bullock.

MR. PATRICK ALEXANDRE
Homegoing service for Mr. Patrick Alexandre, who passed away on February 6, 2021, will be held on Saturday, February 20th, 2021 at 2 p. m., at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with a local pas- tor officiating. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Patrick leaves to cherish memories of him with: his wife, Rosalyn Charles; 3 children, Edge P. Alexandre, Alandra Alexandre, Michelelyda Nathanie B. Alexan- dre; and other relatives and friends.
Patrick was born in Haiti. He was raised in the city known as Port-au-Prince. He traveled to the United States in 2004, so he could provide a more stable life for his family back home. Mr. Alexandre came to America with his talents, gifts and the shirt he had on his back. He had a plan, with God, faith and determination he was going to strive to be the best at what he did.
Patrick loved his kids very much and lived to make them happy. He was skillful in a variety of occupations. His passion was Carpentry; he loved to see the smile on people’s faces when they’re living in their dream homes. He also did mechanical work and plumbing.
Patrick was a loving, kind, funny, courageous man who was cherished by so many.
Mr. Alexandre has left a great impact in peoples’ hearts. He will be greatly missed by his kids and a multitude of family members, friends and co-workers.

SISTER ANGELA DEWAN JONES
A Homegoing Graveside Serv- ice will be held for Sister Angela Dewan Jones on Saturday, Febru- ary 20th, 2021, at 2 p. m. at Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, Florida, with Elder Delton Chambers, officiating. Sis- ter Angela D. Jones passed away on December 30, 2020.
Sister Angela Dewan Jones was born March 12, 1982 to Larry and Debra Jones.
Angela was educated in Tampa. She graduated from Howard W. Blake in 2000 as Class Valedicto- rian. She furthered her education, starting at the University of Tampa then the University of South Florida where she earned a Bache- lor’s Degree. She received her first Master’s Degree from St. Leo then earned her second Master’s Degree from Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. She was a dedicated employee starting her career at K Force, fol- lowed by Raymond James and then Citibank, where she became a Sen- ior Analyst.
Angela was very well traveled, often looking forward to trips with her mother and family. She was a great baker and would bless her family and friends with recipes from her grandmother, Mattie. She was known for her infectious smile and kind heart. A beautiful daugh- ter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend, she valued edu- cation and her family. She was ded- icated to giving to those in need through financial contributions and her personal time.
Angela was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Jasper Earl and Mattie Mills of Tampa, and Cleveland Jones of Orlando, uncle, Jimmy Mills. Her mother, Debra Jones passed on February 10th, 2021.
She leaves to cherish memories of her with: her father, Larry Jones; brother, Lawrence Jones; grandmother, Carrie Jones; spe- cial aunts, Angela Diane Mills (god- mother) and Carolyn Loud (husband, Reginald); aunt, Mary Jones (husband, Donald) and Linda Jones; uncles, Alonzo Jones (wife, Janet), Ronald Jones, Willie Grimsley and Kenny Mills (wife, Lori); godparents, Superintendent J. D. SISTER DEBRA JEANNE MILLS JONES

Sister Debra Jeanne Mills Jones passed away on February 10th, 2021.
Sister Debra Jeanne Mills Jones was born September 3, 1959 in Tampa, Florida to the late Jasper Earl and Mother Mattie De- lores Gaines Mills. Debra gradu- ated from Brandon High School in 1977. She worked for Hillsborough County Circuit Court, Hillsborough County School Board, Tampa Elec- tric, MetLife, Barnette Bank, her own home daycare and Hilton Ho- tels.
She was saved at an early age and was a faithful and devoted member of St. Paul Temple Church of God in Christ, under the late Elder H. L. Simpson, Palm River Church of God in Christ, under the late Elder Ollie Mills and Full Gospel Church of God in Christ under the late Elder Robert Dou- glas.
Debra was a diligent worker keeping her family together. Start- ing at a young age, she was the fam- ily reunion coordinator and wherever else she needed, she was there.
Debra loved traveling world- wide. Her last trip was to Dubai with her late daughter, Angela.
Debra was preceded in death by: her brother, Jimmy Leon Mills (Butmo); father, Jasper Mills; mother, Mattie Mills and daughter, Angela Jones.
She leaves a legacy of love and family including: Larry Jones; son, Lawrence Jones; two sisters, An- gela Diane Mills and Florence Dur- den; two brothers, Willie Grimlsey and Kenyatta Mills (wife, Lori); un- cles, Emory Gaines (wife, Jean), Dave Gaines (wife, Betty), Barney Mills (wife, Gwen), Roy Mills (wife, Robin); aunts, Delores Bradley; Lottie Daniels, Annie Bell Mills, Minnie Benson, Celestine Gaines; nieces, Dayla and Tamaya Mills and Kennedi Mills; godmother, Lonnie Young; godsisters, and god- brothers; loved ones, Tammy Keaton, Renee Gaines Bowie, Cyn- thia Jones, Sandra Peterson, Dora Hargrove, Ella Blackman; in addi- tion to a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other loved ones and cher- ished friends.

MR. DAVID W. DULA-KURTZ
Graveside Memorial inter- ment service will be held for David W. Dula-Kurtz on Saturday, February, 20, 2021 at 2 p. m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Tampa, Florida 33610, with Dr. S. Evan Burrows, officiating. David unexpectedly passed away on No- vember 30, 2020 at his home in Madison, Wisconsin.
David’s funeral was held in Madison, Wisconsin January 2nd 2021.
David was born June 15, 1985 in Dallas, TX to Charles Dula and Marjorie Kurtz. He made his first flight to Tampa at 6 weeks old with his aunt, Janice Dula and on January 3rd, 2021, was David’s final trip to Tampa. He will now be laid to rest next to his aunt, Janice Dula, whom he shared the same birthdate. In the past 3 years, he learned that Florida was an exciting place for him, full of family and new opportunities. It was a place where he felt at home and planned to relocate to. Throughout the last 3 years David reconnected with family that he knew and family he was just meet- ing in Tampa.
David’s father, Charles Dula and family members hosted and accompanied David during times as he explored ideas, opportuni- ties and possibilities in order to create a foundation of his own in the Tampa Bay area. Unfortu- nately his 2019 visit to Tampa was for the memorial service for his step- mother, Leflorence Dula.
David was a 2004 graduate of East High School and went on to Madison College, where he com- pleted two Associate Degrees in Visual Communications and Graphic Design. David was such a compassionate and generous per- son. He was a very gifted, artistic person who brought his unique view of color, shape and design to everything he did. He also felt a strong sense of loyalty to those he loved and he would share the “shirt off his back” to many who crossed his path in life. Anyone who knew David growing up would know of his first love of su- perheroes, his second love of Japanese
Anime. He also loved debating all topics of interest with anyone who wanted to chime in. His sense of humor and his distinctive laugh were always evident when surrounded by friends or family.
David was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Carol and Willis Kurtz, Ollie Dula, Charlie Singleton and stepmother, Leflo- rence Dula.
His survivors include: his mother, Marjorie Kurtz; father, Charles Dula; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins from Wiscon- sin, Florida, Illinois and North Carolina.
