Grand Jury Indicts Alleged Nipsey Hussle Killer For Murder
LOS ANGELES, CA – In an effort to skip a preliminary hearing, a Grand Jury has re- portedly indicted alleged Nipsey Hussle killer Eric Holder. According to TMZ, new charges have been added as well.
The L. A. County District Attorney had previously charged Holder with four counts, but the D. A. decided to have the case revisited by the Grand Jury.
Not only did the Grand Jury indict Holder on the four previous crimes — pre- meditated murder, two counts of attempted murder and pos- session of a firearm by a felon — but it also added two counts of assault with a firearm for the victims who survived.
The D. A.’s office declined to explain why they chose to forgo the preliminary hearing

— where a judge must deter- mine probable cause of a crime in order to make the de- fendant stand trial — but it’s reportedly done sometimes if there’s a problem with the ev- idence.
Nip was shot and killed on March 31 in front of his Marathon Clothing store. Holder was arrested three days later on April 2 and has since pleaded not guilty.
Incarcerated Kodak Black Hit With $500K Lawsuit
BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Things do not seem to be getting any better for Kodak Black who is now facing a new lawsuit while already in- carcerated.
Court documents obtained by The Blast state concert promoter Nicholas Fitts served Kodak with a lawsuit only a few days after entering jail.
Fitts is seeking $500K in damages, accusing Kodak of not showing up to several concert dates he was contrac- tually obligated to perform at. The lawsuit claims the “ZEZE” rapper never showed up for his performance in New York on March 3, 2017. A “makeup date” for the show was scheduled for April the same year which did not take place due to Kodak’s ab- sence. Fitts reluctantly agreed to a third date but was again blown off.
Kodak was arrested at Rolling Loud Music Festival on May 11 by local police, U. S. Marshals and agents from

the U. S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Ex- plosives for weapons charges. He is being held in FDC Miami without the possibility of bonding out of custody due to a potential link to a March shooting in his hometown of Pompano Beach, Florida.
A grand jury has indicted Kodak for trying to purchase firearms illegally potentially facing 10 years in prison.
Aretha Franklin: Three Handwritten Wills Discovered In Singer's Home
Three handwritten wills have been found at the home of Aretha Franklin, months after the "Queen of Soul's" death.
Franklin died from pan- creatic cancer in August and family members said at the time that she had left no will. But three documents were found earlier this month. Two from 2010 were recovered from a locked cabinet after a key was located.
One, dated March 2014, was hidden under living room cushions, a lawyer for Franklin's estate said.
The will, which was writ- ten inside a spiral notebook, appears to leave her assets to her family, said the lawyer, David Bennett.
Some of the writing is very hard to decipher and the four pages have words scratched out and phrases written in the margins.
Bennett, who was Franklin's lawyer for more than 40 years, filed the wills on Monday. He told a judge that he's not sure if they are

legal under Michigan law.
He added that the wills had been shared with Franklin's four sons or their lawyers, but they had not reached a deal on whether any of them should be considered
valid.
A statement from the
Franklin estate said two sons object to the wills.
A hearing is scheduled for 12 June.
In a separate court filing, Franklin's son Kecalf Franklin said his mother
wanted him to serve as repre- sentative of the estate in the 2014 will but the estate state- ment confirmed that Sabrina Owens, an administrator at the University of Michigan, will continue to serve as its representative.
Mr. Franklin is currently objecting to plans to sell a piece of land next to his mother's Oakland County home for $325,000 .
Aretha Franklin was one of the most celebrated soul vocalists of the 60s and 70s.
