Coalition Of 100 Black Women Hosts Annual ‘Gourmet Gents’
The Coalition of 100 Black Women held their annual “Gourmet Gents” event recently, the first in 2 years after the onset of the COVID pandemic.
The event, held at Higgins Hall, features gentlemen on display with their favorite, most tasteful dish. This year the ladies used a Western theme and showed it off with their cowgirl hats. (Photos by Julia Jackson)
Property Appraiser Bob Henriquez was one of the Gourmet Gents.
Vivian Kitchen led the parade of 100 Black Women in their West- ern gear.
Gina Saunders Tried the Shrimp Pasta prepared by State Attorney Andrew Warren.
Mr. Lee’s punch was a hit with one of the patrons who said it was “amazing.”
Mr. Perry Sullivan and Ms. Tonia Turner shared his specialty dish.
