MR. PAUL EDWARD VANN
A Celebration of Life will be held for Mr. Paul Edward Vann, on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11 a. m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, with Elder Robert John- son, Pastor of New Bethel P. B. Church, Madison, Florida, offi- ciating.
Mr. Paul Vann was born on January 2, 1963 in Tampa, FL to the late Elsie Burrell and Emory Vann, Sr. He attended King High School. Paul was well known in the Tampa Bay area and was self-employed (AKA, Paul Enterprise) until his health began to fail. On Monday, No- vember 6, 2017 he answered the call from labor to eternal rest.
He was preceded in death by; his stepparents, Lula Vann and Ishmael Burrell.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: two devoted daugh- ters, Monica and Paulina Vann; grandchildren, Carnequa, Symeoin, Jeramiah, Jakobe and Jakwan; and a great-grandchild, Darius Lopez, Jr.; three devoted and loving sisters, Virginia Es- calante (Antonio), Julia Vann Glover and Paulette Vann Wanser (his twin); two stepsis- ters, Phyllis Ann Faulk (Eddie) and Gail Rutledge; two brothers, Emory Jessie Vann, Jr. and Felix Vann; aunts, Rosemary Jones and Elder Kelli Hills (Elder Eddie); uncles, Elder Lu- cious Jones (Catherine), Albert Jones (Belinda), Polly Lee Jones (Barbara); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends, including, Homies on 39th Street of Tampa, FL.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Ave. from 6-8 p. m.

MR. ROBERT LEE ‘POP’ MCCONICO, SR.
Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Robert Lee (“Pop”) Mc- Conico, who passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11 a. m. at New Hope Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 3005 E. Ellicott St., Tampa, Florida, Rev- erend Larry J. Mouton, Jr., Pas- tor, with Elder Kenny Watson, Eulogist and Pastor Gregory Hill, Officiating.
Robert was affectionately known as “Pop” by his family and friends. He was born on May 20, 1949 in Tampa, Florida to the late Mr. Leslie and Annie Mae Mc- Conico, Sr. He was baptized at an early age and graduated from Middleton High School. He worked for LaLa Produce Com- pany as a truck driver and Zayre Department Store as a mainte- nance man earlier in his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Annie Mae McConico, Sr.; brother, Leslie McConico, Jr.; niece, Cynthia Arnold, nephews, Janson Bowick and Treawi Roberts.

MRS. RUTH WARE NEAL
Mrs. Ruth Ware Neal of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, No- vember 8, 2017 at Tampa Gen- eral Hospital after saying loving goodbyes to her family and friends.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, Novem- ber18,2017at11A.M.atNew Greater Friendship Mission- ary Baptist Church, 3325 E. Emma St., Tampa, FL 33610, Pastor Ronnie Murray, offici- ating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Ruth was born September 23, 1941 in Thomson, Georgia to the parents of George Mont- gomery and Rebecca Gantt (both deceased). Endeared Mother: Amy Benson, Thom- son, GA.
Ruth was educated in Hillsborough County Schools. After high school she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from Milwau- kee Technical College.
Ruth’s life’s work was in Social Work and Child Devel- opment. She worked for Hills- borough County Board of Commissioners and received numerous commendations for her service and volunteerism to the community and ad- vancement of the under- served.
She leaves to rejoice and celebrate her Eternal Life: daughters: Sharon Chase, Lena Neal, Joyce C. Thorn (Otha); sons: Micheal Neal (Belinda), Ivan Trent Ware (Mary), Anthony T. Ware (Renee), Marques A. Hayes (Juana), 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
The viewing will be held at New Greater Friendship MB Church on Friday, November 17, 2017 between 5 P.M.—8 P.M. Family will be present 6 P.M.-7:30 P.M.

MR. ULYSSES COLE
Mr. Ulysses Cole of Tampa passed away Sunday, Novem- ber 12, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 18 at 2 p. m. at Beu- lah Baptist Institutional Church, 1006 W. Cypress Street, with Reverend W. James Favorite, Pastor, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Cole was a native of Al- bany, Georgia and a resident of Tampa for 62 years. He was educated in the public schools of Dougherty County and was a graduate of Albany High School. Mr. Cole was a mem- ber of Beulah Baptist Institu- tional Church and was employed as a Waste Manage- ment Collector for the City of Tampa.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his best friend, Vic- toria Bernaldo; nine children, 5 sons, Marc Cole (Sylvia), Tony Ball (Romona), Michael Ball (Jean), John Bell, and James Howard; 4 daughters, Betty Cole, Natalie Cole, Pamela Rudd (Ronald) and Paula Buck; 8 grandchildren, Nakia Cole, Jaykayla Cole, Tashonia Cole, Tra’Kel James, Jalen James, Nathan Williams, Natalia Williams and Latonya Hicks; great grandson, Markette Trimble; special niece, Tiffany Britt; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, November 17 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
