Help Needed To Solve Deadly Hit And Run Accidents
Police are currently seeking help to solve two unrelated, deadly hit and run accidents that took place within a week.
The first accident took place Wednesday, October 4th at E. Hillsborough Avenue and N. 15th Street. Ms. Theresa Williams, 53, of Tampa, was attempting to cross E. Hills- borough Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle. Ms. Williams and fled. She died at the scene.
On Tuesday, October 10th, Ms. Addy Prince-Failde, 56, of Tampa, was walking in the area of W. Hillsborough Avenue, be-
tween Anderson Road and Hoover Blvd. Ms. Prince-Failde died at the scene of the accident as a result of the injuries she sustained. This accident took place shortly
after 2 a.m., police said.
Police said the accidents are not related.
However, in both instances, the drivers of the vehicles involved fled the scene.
