Suspect Identified In Nightclub Shooting That Left 1 Dead, 6 Injured
Police Search For Suspects Involved In Deadly Shooting

The Tampa Police De- partment has identified a suspect involved in a fatal shooting at the LIT Cigar and Martini Lounge on October 9, 2022.
Detectives are also work- ing to identify a second sus- pect.
An arrest warrant has been obtained for Damaso Bravo, 21, of Wimauma, who is facing three counts of aggravated battery and a charge of felon in possession of a firearm.

tified suspect opened fire on several individuals outside LIT in the early morning hours of October 9, striking and injuring six adult victims and fatally shooting a 30- year-old man.

The Tampa Police Depart- ment is working to identify suspects involved in a shoot- ing on Tuesday night that left a teenager deceased.
Shortly after 8:30 p. m., on October 18, 2022, officers responded to the McDon- ald’s, 4009 N. Armenia Ave., for a reported shooting in the parking lot. A deceased 16- year-old male was found lying on the ground with a 9MM handgun and several shell casings next to him. He appeared to suffer from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
Witnesses advised that the victim was walking through the southside of the parking lot with a group of others just prior to the shoot- ing when the sound of gunshots were heard, and
an unknown vehicle fled the scene. None of the witnesses saw the shooter.
Friends of the deceased fled the scene on foot before officers arrived, leav- ing him behind.
Prior to the shooting, the deceased was identified by Tampa Police detectives as a suspect in a separate armed robbery incident. At this time, detectives believe the deceased was firing shots at the suspects just prior to being fatally shot.

Sulphur Springs Man Indicted For Shooting At Girlfriend
THADDEUS HOWARD
A 29-year-old Tampa man has been indicted for possessing a firearm. Thad- deus Timeaus Howard is facing a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison if convicted.
According to statements made in open court, on July 9, 2022, near the intersection of North Nebraska Avenue and East Fairbanks Street, in the Sulphur Springs neigh- borhood, Howard allegedly fired approximately seven shots at his ex-girlfriend. Surveillance video played

during Howard’s arraign- ment showed an individual, whom prosecutors allege is Howard, fire multiple shots from a pistol.
After firing the weapon, Howard entered his vehicle and chased his target, who had fled in a car driven by her cousin. That chase ended when Howard caused a multi-vehicle accident near the intersection of North Ne- braska Avenue and East Broad Street after swerving in and out of oncoming traf- fic.
Howard fled the scene of that crash on foot and was apprehended by officers from the Tampa Police Depart- ment. Officers searched Howard after taking him into custody and located a pistol in the pocket of his jeans.
At the time of the inci- dent, Howard had prior felony convictions for armed robbery and aggravated as- sault with a deadly weapon. Federal law prohibits felons from possessing firearms or ammunition.
