Live In The Moment
QUEEN
I didn’t make plans for this day because it’s not my call. But, since God allowed me to see it, whatever He’s got planned I’m going to enjoy it. I’ve got to acknowledge Him for that (Amen).
It’s a special day for Queen, so I’m going to definitely live in the moment. I can’t change the past and I can’t predict the future. But, what I can do is acknowledge myself for the woman I’ve become. Keeping my head up, staying strong and focused no matter what or who came at me.
I’m going to do something different this time around and that’s love Queen a lot more.
Know the difference between what’s real and what you feel. Once you realize that, you hold all the cards. In order to know something you’ve got to go through something and always know it’s not how you fall, it’s how you get back up. Look at me now, stronger than ever.
Happy birthday to me, Ms. Queen B. I’m on another level and you can learn something from me. God bless...

Volunteers
Needed For West Tampa Cleanup Project
The West Tampa Alliance is asking for volunteers to help keep West Tampa clean. The Alliance has set bound- aries from Columbus drive to the North, Green Street to the south, Rome Avenue to the East and Howard Avenue to the west, as the cleanup area.
The West Tampa Alliance is asking for groups, organi- zations and government agencies to assist on this project.
The mission is to clean up and maintain the designated areas on a daily basis, which means not only is there a need for volunteers, but sup- plies as well.
West Tampa Alliance President, Heem Baisden, will be meeting with organiz- ers to establish the clean up team and also will be seeking the cooperation of the com- munity in this effort.
