MR. JEANNOT RENE
Funeral Services for Mr. Jeannot Rene, who passed away April 18, 2018, will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10 a. m. at Northeast United Methodist Church, 6400 N 15th St., Tampa, FL 33610, Debbie Marie Daley Salinger, Pastor, Rev. Charles F. Louissaint and Rev. Amain Meddver, officiat- ing. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. Jeannot Rene was born November 14, 1938 in Gascogne, Mirebalais in Haiti to Vertilus Rene and Leanie Registre.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Marie Saint Gina Pierre; children, Jean-Claude Rene (Maclita Pierre-Rene), Myslène Rene, Hailaire Rene and Ronald Rene; grandchildren, Mideline- souka Rene, Jarviel Devon Rene, Claudaisha Samantha Rene, Jay Cliff Rene, Malia Clory Rene, Jhon Kelly Pierre, James Pierre, Stéphanie Rene, NaIka Janvier, Wandley Jan- vier, Stevenson Rene and Garengy Rene; brothers, Em- manuel Rene, Montes Rene and André Rene; nephews and nieces, Romuald Rene, Lau- rette Rene, Saintamène Rene, Marie Annette Rene, Roseline Rene, Yolène Rene,

Visitation for Mr. Jeannot Rene will be held this Friday evening from 6-8 p. m. at Heaven Destiny Assembly of God, 4104 E. Ellicott St., Tampa, FL 33610.
The processional will as- semble Saturday at 9:45 a. m. at the church.

MR. EDWARD SHERIDAN
Homegoing services for Mr. Edward Sheridan who passed away on April 30, 2018, will be held Saturday May 12, 2018 at 2 p. m. at Northside Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, Rev. Ricardo Robinson, Pastor, Rev. Andrew Holder, officiating. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. Edward Sheridan was born on February 25, 1955 in Bronx, New York. As a teen, he relocated from New York to Oklahoma to further his educa- tion at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and pursue his love for basketball. Graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education in 1980, he then furthered his basketball ca- reer where he traveled the world as a semi-pro baller. Later in life he settled down in Tampa, FL, where he retired as a bus operator from HART.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, William Keys and Myrtle Sheridan; brother, Arthur Sheridan; sisters, Linda Davis and Wilhelmina Keys; and daughter, Edyonna Sheri- dan.
He leaves to cherish his memories: sister, Leslie Sheri- dan; wife, Belle Owens; mother- in-law, Paulette Owens (Bill); daughters, Destiney Sheridan (Akeem), Edlenna Sheridan and Rekira Owens; sons, Edward Sheridan, Jr. and Jamel Owens; granddaughters, Abriahn Shiv- ers and Jasmine Davis; grand- sons, Akeem Shivers and Nykai Jackson; nephews, Robert Bowe (Jessica) and Richard Bowe; nieces, Marsha Pujols (Ellis), Shekisha Machovlic (Micheal), Nakema Bowe, Selena Davis and Lajuana Denesha; and a host of additional great nephews, nieces, family and friends.

MRS. LOUISE E. JACKSON
Mrs. Louise E. Jackson of Brandon, Florida, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Fu- neral services will be conducted Saturday, May 12 at 2 p. m. at Rivers of Life Church Ministries, 301 Lakewood Drive, Brandon, FL 33510, with Pastor Curtis A. Swafford, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memo- ries Cemetery.
Mrs. Louise E. Jackson was a native of Chicago, Illinois and a resident of Brandon, FL for 32 years. She was a graduate of DuSable High School and Cook County School Of Nursing, where she earned her Nursing Degree. She was employed at Cook County Hospital for 15 years. She later opened and suc- cessfully managed her own Nursery School, Record Shop and Cleaners on Chicago’s south side. She was a member of Rivers of Life Church Ministries, Brandon, FL.
She was preceded in death by: her loving husband, Junion Jackson; both parents, Mary and Joseph Madden; two older brothers, Clarence and Joseph; and her sister, Josephine Woods.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her cousins, Robert Conell (Shirley) and Johnnie Mae Garrett; niece, Barbara Jones; and a host of great nieces and nephews, other cousins, ex- tended family and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, May 11 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue and one hour prior to service time (1 p. m.) on Saturday, May 12 at the church.

Mrs. Velma Sampson-Har- ris, a resident of Laredo, TX, formerly of Tampa, FL, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Me- morial services will be con- ducted Saturday, May 12, at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Carleton Bell, offici- ating.
Mrs. Velma Sampson-Harris attended Hillsborough County Schools and was a graduate of Blake High School, class of 1969.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Walter Sampson, Sr.; mother, Juanita Sampson; grandfather, Lemmie Mitchell; grandmother, Louise Mitchell; and sister, Vallecia (Lisa) Ann Green (Sampson).
She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Luis Vargas; daughters, Tonya Harris Jeffer- son of Tampa, FL and Michelle Harris of Atlanta, GA; 5 grand- children, Jimetrice L. Jones, Kristpher D. Hawkes, Skye A. Jefferson, David “DJ” Smith and Deja A. Smith; great-grandchil- dren, Bella Elise Harvin; 2 sis- ters, Winifred Haynes and Sara (James) Byers; 3 brothers, Wal- ter (Yoko) Sampson, Reginald C.
