Post Malone Cancels Boston Show After Onstage Accident
Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears' child sexual assault lawsuit has been dropped after their accuser filed a notice of dismissal last Friday.

According to the notice, the lawsuit was dismissed "with prejudice" by the plain- tiff identified only as Jane Doe, who also filed the no- tice on behalf of the second accuser, her minor brother John Doe. A lawsuit dis- missed with prejudice cannot ever be refiled.

BOSTON, MA – Post Mal- one suffered a recent injury while performing during his Twelve Carat Tour, which ap- pears to be affecting his health more severely now than ini- tially thought. On Saturday (September 24), the “I Like You (Happier Song)” rapper an- nounced he was forced to can- cel his Boston show after the pain simply became too intense to bare.
“Boston, I love y’all so f**king much,” he wrote in part. “On tour, I usually wake up around 4 o’clock PM, and today I woke up to a cracking sounds on the right side of my body. I felt so good last night, but today it felt so different than it has before. I’m having a very difficult time breathing, and there’s like a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move.
“We’re in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can’t do the
of "negligent supervision and failure to warn, breach of fi- duciary duty and construc- tive fraud."
The lawsuit stated that the two convinced a 14-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy to film inappropriate video sketches starting in 2013.
The lawsuit stated that Jane and John Doe had met Haddish, 42, through their mother, who knew the "Night School" actress from the comedy circuit. The plaintiffs claimed that they grew to have a close relation- ship with Haddish, whom they referred to as "Auntie
Tiff", while she called them her niece and nephew.
"My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us," Jane Doe said in a statement to TMZ on Wednesday.
"We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us."
However, the "Girl's Trip" star said that her career and reputation had been dam- aged significantly by the alle- gations.

Dr. Dre spoke to Apple Music’s Ebro Darden about his own Super Bowl Halftime Show experience on Sunday (September 25), shortly after the NFL announced Ri- hanna as 2023’s headliner.

was anything but calm.
“It made me extremely nervous,” he said. “I don’t know if I’ve ever been that nervous before. Not only that, I don’t know if I’ve ever looked more forward to a Monday morning. So it’s the preparation and making sure you have the right people around you. All of these peo- ple came through for me, and everybody was extremely en- thusiastic about the show. We had a good time, al- though it’s a lot of things and a lot of people you have to de-
pend on.
