Kansas City Chiefs quar- terback Patrick Mahomes was visibly frustrated with of- fensive coordinator Eric Bi- eniemy over how the team ran its final drive of the first half against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
The Chiefs took a conser- vative approach to end the half after getting the ball at their own 46 with just over 30 seconds left and no time-

The Buffalo Bills lost to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, succumbing to a litany of in- juries and heat-related prob- lems. Heading into next week, oddsmakers still believe they will win and win comfortably.
The Bills are favored by three points, with the over/under set at a whopping 54.5 points. It’s the only point total in the 50s and at least a touchdown higher than the rest of the NFL.
A few days ago, the Bills were favored by four, so they aren’t quite as strong as they once were. In May when the game was first posted, the Bills were just 1-point favorites.
Baltimore beat the New England Patriots on Sunday, winning by 11 points following a big third quarter. They are 2- 1 and lead the AFC North. They’ve topped 36 points in consecutive weeks, which helps with the over bet from oddsmakers.
The game kicks off at 1:00 PM on Sunday.

outs. A holding call backed them up to their own 36. Bi- eniemy opted to run out the
clock with a run up the mid- dle on 2nd-and-20 with 20 seconds to go.
Mahomes clearly wanted to be more aggres- sive. CBS cameras caught him having an animated con- frontation with Bieniemy, apparently over the team’s strategy. Head coach Andy Reid actually had to inter- vene and guide Mahomes to the locker room for halftime.
  Quinnen Williams, Jets Coach
 Get Into Heated Altercation
New York Jets defensive lineman Quinnen Williams got into a heated altercation with one of his own coaches during Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Williams and Jets defen- sive line coach Aaron Whitecotton were shown on the CBS broadcast scream- ing at one another during the second quarter. Williams was seated on the bench when it appeared Whitecot- ton said something

C.J. McCollum just got paid.
The veteran guard agreed to a two-year, $64M exten- sion with the New Orleans Pelicans. McCollum had two years left on the contract he signed with the Portland Trail Blazers in 2021, so his new Pelicans deal now locks Mc- Collum in through the 2025- 26 season.
