The remains will repose from 5-8 p. m., Friday, Octo- ber 16 at Wilson Funeral Home and the family will re- ceive friends from 6-7 p. m. in the chapel.

MR. ALBERT W. DELAUGHTER, JR.
Mr. Albert W. Delaughter Jr. who departed this life Oc- tober 05, 2015 will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Abundant Life Enrichment Church, 4701 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, with Pastor Randy Randolph, Senior Pastor, officiating, In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mr. Albert W. Delaughter was born on February 16, 1949. He was born to the late Albert and Pearl Delaughter. Albert was a resident of Tampa for 66 years He was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School, class of 1968. He worked as a Long- shoreman for the Interna- tional Longshoremen Association Local 1402 for forty years and retired in 1999.
He was preceded in death by: his wife Margie Delaugh- ter; father, Albert Delaugh- ter; mother, Pearl Williams Delaughter; and siblings, De- lores Davis, Samuel Delaugh- ter and James Delaughter.
He leaves precious memo- ries that will be forever cher- ished by: his loving daughter, Twonda Delaughter; 2 loving sons, Jamal Delaughter and Ronnie Delaughter; 2 de- voted grandsons, Robert Ball, Jr., and Reshae Ed- wards; grandson, Jamal De-

Homegoing services for Ms. Alice Mae Beard, who passed away on October 2, 2015, will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, 33610, with a local minister, officiating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Beard was a faithful member of Deeper Life Ministries, Dr. Melvin B. Jefferson, Pastor. She was a longtime and well-known resident of West Tampa. She was former owner of a local restaurant and she was the personal cook for the pastor.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Beard. She leaves to cherish her memory: 3 grandchildren, Timeka Beard, Felicione Beard and Medina Wesley; 5 great grandchildren, Rodrisha, Er- imeka, Eric, III, Teericka and Ayleesa; a host of brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews; Christian friends; and other
sorrowing relatives. Visitation for Ms. Alice
Mae Beard will be held Fri- day evening from 5-8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p. m. The proces- sional will arrange at the chapel at 10:45 a. m.

Family members and friends will gather on Saturday to bid goodbye to a popular Tampa sportsman. He passed away on October 7th. Mr. Hipolito Arenas, Jr., was 77-years-old.
A Tampa native, Mr. Are- nas attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. He graduated from Middleton High School in 1957.
After becoming an adult, Mr. Arenas served in the mil- itary and was employed as an electrician for more than 40 years.
Following in his father’s footsteps, the late Mr. Hipolito Arenas, Sr., Mr. Arenas had a love of sports and became a highly respected Umpire for the Tampa Yellow Jackets Little League Baseball Team.
Mr. Arenas learned the game of baseball from his fa- ther, who was a member of the Negro League players. After be- coming an Umpire, Mr. Are- nas became known as one of

the best and most respected Umpires in West Tampa.
His skills as an Umpire also resulted in his being chosen to Umpire in the World Series. He became the first Umpire from West Tampa to have the honor bestowed upon him.
In addition to his connec- tion to baseball, Mr. Arenas also served as a Boy Scout leader for several years.
Funeral services for Mr. Arenas will be held at Bible- Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace on Friday, Oc- tober 16th, at 2 p.m.
