Health
As with anything, too much of it can be bad for you — and fruit is no different. Some fruits contain a lot more sugar than others.
But the following fruits contain the most sugar content, which can be harmful.
13. Plums.
These little babies have 8.4 grams of sugar in them and round out the bot- tom of the list. But keep your eye on the intake because they are so small you can find yourself eating a lot of them in one sitting, adding to your
sugar intake.
12. Pears.
Pears made the list? Yes, pears also have a whopping 8.4 grams of sugar but they are also 45 calories, three calories more than plums.
11. Pineapples.
While pineapples are great for a lot of things, they pack on the sugar at 8.4 grams and 48 calo- ries per serving.

they also have great benefits
