The History And Impact of the Civil Rights Movement with Walter Smith, Jr., WMNF host and Afro- Cuban Scholar, as he moderates a community conversation about the history of the Civil Rights Movement in Tampa. Panelists will include: Chloe Coney, Community Advo- cate; Congresswoman, Kathy Cas- tor, Leola Butler and Ulysses Brooks (community residents who attended the March on Washington in 1963) from 6-7:30 p. m.
78th Street Community Li- brary: Ask a Lawyer, Attorney Kevin Comer will be available to answer your legal questions from 6-7 p. m.

Learning Sign Language, a 12-week course led by Patti Sanchez from 6:30-7:30 p. m.
