On the heels of her brand new single, "Fools Gold," Jill Scott announces a 25-city U.S. summer tour. The trek will kick off on July 13th in Pittsburgh, PA and make stops in big cities like Baltimore, NYC (Brook- lyn), Atlanta, Houston, and Los Angeles before wrapping Au- gust 28th in Phoenix, AZ.
Tickets will go on sale to the public on May 15th.
Scott released the sultry new single, "Fools Gold," a tune that sees her journeying back to a time where she was mentally weak in a relationship.
Migos’ Offset Gets More Charges

Rapper ‘Offset’ of group Migos is being charged for jail fight.
The rapper Offset from The Migos has been hit with additional charges while already imprisoned.
Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was charged with battery and caus- ing a riot in a penal institution after he allegedly caused a fight while housed at the Bulloch County Jail. This happened on Saturday, according to reports States Boro Herald.
Offset’s bond was denied bail last month due to prior felony convictions.
The 23-year-old rapper was caught on camera from video surveillance in the jail captured the fight. The other inmate ap- parently talked to authorities and revealed “visible injury to the right side of the head.”
He’a already been charged with marijuana possession, pos- session of a Schedule II con- trolled substance, carrying a weapon in a school safety zone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Lauryn Hill Cancels Concert In Israel

Diddy, Jay Z, Dr. Dre, Birdman and 50 Cent.
Lauryn Hill is canceling a planned performance in Tel Aviv because she wasn’t able to also schedule a concert in the nearby Palestinian city of Ramallah.
The singer-songwriter said in a statement Monday that she originally intended to per- form in both cities in hopes of being “a presence supporting justice and peace.”
She says setting up a show in the Palestinian territories “proved to be a challenge.”
Forbes just released their annual list of Top 5 Wealthiest Hip-Hop Artists. Dr. Dre made a run for the crown, but Sean “Diddy” Combs has the crown thanks to his Bad Boy record label, Revolt TV, Ciroc and other business. The

Kanye West In Talks To Create TV Show
Jay Z Teams With Time, Inc. For Live Talk Show
Vice Media started off as a print magazine, transferred to the web, and eventually be- came a TV show for HBO. The company is now set to get its own channel. The New York Times reports A&E Networks’ History Channel spinoff H2 is converting to Vice.
While the Emmy winning Vice series on HBO is a 30 minute news show, the channel is expected have non-news content. The Times also adds Chicago rapper/producer Kanye West could be adding a program to the new Vice

channel.
West previously wrote and
directed the short films Run- away and Cruel Summer. He has also served as a producer for various music videos and the Chris Rock led motion picture Top Five.
If people thought the crit- icism of the new Tidal streaming service was going to stop Jay Z from continu- ing to make major business moves, they were mistaken. The Brooklyn representative’s Life+Times platform is now set to team with Time, Inc. for 40/40 Live.
According to Market Watch, the new series will be hosted by WNBA point guard and Roc Nation Sports signee Skylar Diggins. The pro- gram covering sports and music will be filmed at Jay’s 40/40 Club in New York City.
