Daniele Watts and her boyfriend.
LOS ANGELES — Daniele Watts, who appeared in “Django Unchained,” pleaded no contest Monday to disturb- ing the peace with loudness and was ordered to write an apology to three police officers and the occupants of a building near where she was briefly de- tained last year.
Police officers were investi- gating a report of two people having sex in a car when they questioned Watts and her boyfriend, Brian Lucas. Watts claimed they were just kissing and accused the officers of racial bias.
The pair was later charged with lewd conduct, but that count was dismissed on Mon- day.
Lou Shapiro, an attorney for the couple, says the actress will apologize for her com- ments to police and is not ad- mitting she and Lucas engaged in lewd conduct.

It was the first time the former friends were in the same building since the Real Housewives of Atlanta star vowed never to appear on the TV talk queen's daytime show in July 2013.
On Sunday, when Williams and her entourage arrived at the Georgia World Congress Center they realized her dressing room was right next to Leakes. Her hus- band/manager Kevin Hunter demanded the event organizers move Leakes' dressing room. Williams tookthestageat1p.m.todoa keynote address to the thou- sands in attendance and talked about 'ten rules every woman should live by.'
She was followed on stage by Leakes at 1:45 p.m., who addressed the screaming fans by saying: 'I'm your home girl. I live my life as an open book and I'm happy I don't need ten rules to live by!'
That set Williams' hus- band off!
According to the eyewit- ness, Kevin pushed through the curtains and stormed the stage and was cursing at the top of his lungs.

As Hunter began to storm up the stage steps, Leakes best friend, Diana Gowins jumped up to con- front him. Diana yelled back at him: 'What the hell is your problem? If you have a prob- lem with NeNe, take it up with me!'
The two stood there and exchanges verbal spars while Leakes continued with her presentation, completely un- aware of the chaos ensuing on the side of the stage she in- sists.
Event organizers called for security to come and diffuse the situation and Hunter went back through the cur- tains and cut Williams’ book signing short.

The victim self-trans- ported to the hospital where he was treated and released. The LVMPD has not heard from Mr. Brown or his at- torney indicating whether or not he would sign the citation.
Brown was reportedly playing basketball against R&B singer Jeremih when the fight occurred.
The Grammy winner, who turns 26 on May 5th, com- pleted his probation in March 2015. Brown was staring at a new case that allegedly went down at the pick-up game. Law enforcement officials re- vealed that that man called them Tuesday (May 5) and said he wanted to drop the case against the R&B singer.
