MRS. ESSIE B. PALMORE
Home going celebration for Mrs. Essie B. Palmore will be held on Saturday July 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Mary Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 3901 N. 37th Street, Tampa, Florida with Pastor James Reed, Jr., of- ficiating with Pastor Antonio Hawkins, Exciting Faith Alive Church, eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Essie B. Palmore was born on December 18, 1936 to the late Mr. Benjamin Marlow and Mrs. Australia Marlow in Eufaula, Alabama. She de- parted this life and entered her Heavenly home on Tuesday July 5, 2022 at Tampa General Hospital. Mrs. Palmore joined Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church in 1963. She was an ac- tive member of the Senior Women’s Mission, Bible Study, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Mrs. Essie B. Pal- more received her education in the public schools in Eufaula, Alabama and later was a gradu- ate from Middleton High School. Mrs. Palmore was em- ployed as a Childcare Specialist for over 35 years. She spent ma- jority of her employment at Cuscaden Child Development Center and she later retired form Rosa Valdez Day Care Center. After retiring she stayed active by being a dedi- cated employee at Delta Air- lines at Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens.
Mrs. Essie leaves to cherish memories of her with: her beloved children, Larry Mar- low, Regina Palmore, Evando Palmore; devoted grandchil- dren, Latonya Wright-Camp- bell, Erika Palmore, Alexis Palmore, Semone Palmore, Ronald Nelson, Brandon Pal- more, Brittany Marlow and Larry Marlow Jr.; and other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday July 15, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Due to the current CDC restrictions; we are asking that you use the visi- tation as an opportunity to pay your final respect. Home Going celebration for Mrs. Loretha Riles will be held on Saturday July 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Cathedral Church, 3401 E. 25th Avenue (3401 Bishop Eddie Newkirk Way), Tampa, Florida with Pas- tor Dwight Newkirk, presiding and Pastor Tony Parker, eulo- gist. Interment will follow in Or- ange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, Florida.
Loretha was born on April 24, 1940 in Hawkinsville, Geor- gia to the late Isaiah and Willie Mae Sinclair. She was the oldest of 11 siblings. Loretha loved and adored her family very much and would frequently make sure she spent time with all her chil- dren, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. On Friday July 8, 2022, Loretha Riles answered the call of our Heavenly Father and transitioned peacefully to ever lasting peace with the Lord. Affectionately known as “Ma” by her children, “Granny” by her grandchildren and by her great great grandchildren, “Miss Lo”, by her in-laws, and those that knew her dearly referred to her as “Mother” or “Momma”. Her Beautiful smile will last in the hearts of many.
She leaves her legacy of love with her: 3 children, Christo- pher Sinclair Riles (Anna), Dwayne Frederick Riles (Vir- ginia) and Diana Riles-Young (Michael); a host of grandchil- dren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Home going celebration for Mrs. Mamie Lee Walker who passed away on July 4, 2022 will be held on Friday July 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Memorial COGIC, 2313 E. 27th Avenue, Tampa, Florida Bishop Anthony W. Mrs. Mamie Lee Walker was born on July 6, 1937 to Otis Long, Sr. and Adel Redding Long in Moultrie, Georgia. Mrs. Walker was a member of 34th Street Church of God and she was a Tampa resident for a num- ber of years.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Adel Redding Long and Otis Long, Sr.; hus- band, Roosevelt Walker; sons, Theodore Walker, Bernard Walker; grandsons, Marlin Walker, Jr. and Cedrick Walker.

Born February 3, 1975, our Heavenly Father transitioned Johnny into an eternal sleep on
Saturday, July 2, 2022. May he rest in heavenly peace. Johnny accepted Christ at an early age. Johnny had an amazing character and lived an integrity filled life.
Johnny was preceded in death by devoted aunts, Delores Hills and Joyce Graham.
