PRESIDING ELDER JIMMIE B. KEEL, SR.
A Homegoing Celebration for Presiding Elder Jimmie B. Keel, Sr., who passed on April 14, 2022, will be held on Fri- day, April 29, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Allen Temple A.M.E. Church, 2101 N. Lowe Street, Tampa, Florida with Rev. Dr. Glenn B. Dames, Sr. Officiat- ing and Bishop A. J. Richard- son, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Presiding Elder Jimmie B. Keel, Sr., was born in Mari- anna, Florida, on May 30, 1938, to the parentage of Lena Jenkins and Ned Keel.
He was educated in the public school system of Jack- son County, graduating from the Jackson County Training School. He later pursued higher education at Bethune- Cookman College majoring in Religion, Philosophy and mi- nored in English. He served in the U.S. Army as a Medic and was a social worker for the Hillsborough County Govern- ment.
He served God as Pastor for several churches. His last assignment was Bethel A.M.E. Church, St. Petersburg, Florida. He was appointed Presiding Elder of the South District of the East Conference of the A.M.E .Church in 2007.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Lena Jenkins and his father, Ned Keel; sib- lings, Calvin Keel, Melvin Keel, Lilly Bee Kandall and May Alice; sisters-in-law, Ruth Brown, Lucille Harvey and Altamese Simmons; brothers-in-law, Perry and Jerry Harvey.
Presiding Elder Jimmie B. Keel, Sr., is survived by wife, Dorothy Harvey Keel; daugh- ter, Evelyn Denise Scott (hus- band, Kacey) and their children, Kacey, Jr., Kieron, and Kerrington; son, Perry Sylvester Gustavo Keel (wife, Latrisha) and their children: Perry and Naomi; son, Sean Napoleon Keel (wife Shamika); sister, Ola Bell Sylvester of Marianna, Florida and her daughter, Carolyn; uncle, Lewis Peace of Chicago; niece, Gail Simmons and her daughter, Alaina Gibson; a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Gustava B. Harvey and other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Thursday April 28, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

MR. DWAYNE COURTNEY WIGGINS, JR.
Mr. Dwayne Courtney Wiggins, Jr., of Tampa, FL, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022. Funeral services will be conducted on Satur- day, April 30th, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at The Center for Mani- festation, 3102 E. Lake Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33610, Bishop Ronald Anderson, of- ficiating.
Mr. Dwayne Courtney Wiggins, Jr., nickname WayneHead, aka Suga Boy, was born August 20, 1991, in Tampa, FL to his parents Tamesha Thompson and Dwayne Courtney Wiggins, Sr. He enjoyed traveling, skateboarding, making peo- ple laugh, and being with fam- ily and friends.
He leaves precious memo- ries behind with: his beloved wife, Sierra Montes-Wiggins; sons, Davariain Wiggins, Dar- ian Wiggins, and Zyin Wig- gins; siblings, Isis Wiggins, Dikiem Wiggins, and Jerel Thompson; half-sisters, Sierra Arnold, Trinity Wig- gins, and Kamari Wiggins; grandparents, Carol (Granny) McKinnon, and Fred (Pop- Pop) McKinnon; aunts, Mar- cia Wiggins, Jacqueline Patty, and Patricia Green; great, great aunt, Dorothy Keel; un- cles, Charles Anthony Patty, Robert Wiggins, and Terry Perkins; great, great uncle, Willie J. MRS. ROSALYN MORRELL JACKSON
A Celebration of Life Serv- ice for Mrs. Rosalyn Morrell Jackson will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr. of St John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, officiating.
Mrs. Rosalyn Morrell Jack- son was born on March 14, 1949, to the parentage of Andy and Rosa Lee Morrell in Tampa, Florida. She was the oldest child born to this union. She attended schools in the Hillsborough County Public School System and graduated from Middleton High School class of 1967.
Rosalyn retired from the Hillsborough County Depart- ment of Education and Train- ing after 30 years of service as Secretary.
Roz, as she was affection- ately known, was a sweet and caring woman who always had a smile for anyone she met. She enjoyed watching movies, eating out and caring for her grandchildren who she loved dearly. She was also a mother figure to her nieces and nephews. Rosalyn was a cheerleader sponsor for the Ybor City Boys and Girls Club for several years.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Andy and Rosa Lee Morrell; maternal grandparents, George and Lil- lie Mae Richardson; fraternal grandparents, John and
Bessie Morrell; uncle, Isaac Richardson; brother, Michael Morrell, Sr., and sister, Nadia Morrell Tulloch.

A Celebration of Life Serv- ice for Mrs. Theresa Nadege Jean-Pierre Coy, who transi- tioned to her heavenly home on April 11, 2022, at the age of 41, will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Bible- Based Fellowship Church, 4811 Ehrlich Rd., Tampa, Flo- rida. Pastor Cherrie Green of The Pentecostal Church of God of Jesus Christ, Incorporated will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in Hills- boro Memorial Gardens, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, Florida.
Theresa was raised in New York surrounded by her ex- tended Haitian family. Theresa’s experiences advo- cating for her loved ones served as the impetus for her to become a social justice ad- vocate and attorney.
Theresa graduated magna cum laude from Florida A & M University with a double major in Political Science and Public Administration. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University Col- lege of Law. Theresa’s incredi- ble and highly accomplished career began in 2005 as an As- sistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinel- las County.
In 2010, Theresa would open her own firm handling a variety of criminal matters. She would also serve as a guest commentator for Court TV. Theresa later returned to pub- lic service as a prosecutor by leading the Conviction Review Unit of the State Attorney’s Of- fice, 13th Judicial Circuit.
In addition to service within her profession, Theresa was a pillar of strength in our local community. She proudly served on The City of Tampa Mayor’s African American Ad- visory Council and was a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Theresa was steadfast in her faith and was a devout member of The Pentecostal Church of God of Jesus Christ, Incorporated, where she served as secretary and treas- urer.
Left to cherish Theresa’s memories forever are: her de- voted husband, Travis J. Coy, beautiful son, Thaddeus J. Coy, and faithful, bonus son,
