Aging Seniors Of Progress Village
June birthday celebrants shared ice cream and cake
at the Progress Village Recreation Center.
They also celebrated the 4th of July early with deli- cious food and cookies. What a wonderful time they had!
Sick And Shut-Ins
Please continue to pray for the sick and shut-ins: Eloise Griffin recently had surgery, she is back at home recuperating and things are going well. She
thanks her family and friends, who prayed, called, visited, and sent cards.

Progress Village 55th Family Reunion
It’s here! This is the weekend to gather with old friends from back in the day, who have moved away, but will return for this event to catch up on good times of the past.
The event will be July 10-12 at the Old Park on Allamanda Avenue.

The mission of Meals on Wheels Tampa is to nourish and enrich the seniors and homebound of Tampa and strengthen the community.

tion for “Contact Me” on line at www.mowtampa.org/get-a- meal.
This service can also be helpful for those recovering from a hospital stay. A hot lunch will be delivered to your door.

Chess For All Ages
Come and enjoy playing chess with seasoned and new players, fun for the whole family on Saturdays from10a.m.-12noonand every 2nd Monday from 5- 6:30 p. m. at the Riverview Library.
