A woman was charged with trespassing on Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s Calabasas, Calif., home on Monday.
The woman, Ariel Archer, 26, was found inside the Smith’s kitchen by a housekeeper, back in March.
Archer was charged with trespassing and refusing to leave private property. She pleaded no contest on Monday, for entering the cou- ple’s home and staying on the premises. A restraining order was issued, which prohibits the woman from coming 150

Anyone who watches FOX's new show, Empire (and considering how big a hit it is, there should be a lot of you), know that Taraji P. Henson's portrayal of Cookie is the best part of the series.
On last Friday, Henson was hospitalized, but fans will be happy to hear she's making a quick recovery, with her rep confirming that the reason for the visit is fairly minor.

Minister Louis Far- rakhan has been addressing the Hip Hop community in recent weeks. The Nation of Islam leader has appeared on Power 105’s The Break Club and Shade 45’s Sway In The Morning to talk about the cul- ture and other relevant topics.

Newest Album ‘Swish’ In The Fall
KANYE WEST
After changing the title of his upcoming album from So Help Me God to SWISH, Kanye West has been rela- tively quiet about the project. Rumors have been flying that Ye’s 7th solo LP could be an Apple Music exclusive, but other than that fans have not received many details about SWISH. Not even a release date.
The Guardian is now re- porting the album is set to drop sometime this fall. It should be noted that Kanye nor his label have confirmed SWISH is scheduled for the third quarter of 2015.
The GOOD Music founder previously released the singles “Only One,” “FourFiveSec- onds” featuring Rihanna & Paul McCartney, and “All Day” featuring Theophilus London, Allan Kingdom & McCartney. All three songs are expected to appear on SWISH.

Marvel is set to relaunch the Spider-Man comic book series this fall, and a new face will be behind the iconic mask. The New York Daily News reports half-Black, half- Puerto Rican Miles Morales will replace Peter Parker as Spidey.
“Many kids of color who when they were playing su- perheroes with their friends, their friends wouldn’t let them be Batman or Super- man because they don’t look like those heroes, but they could be Spider-Man be- cause anyone could be under that mask,” writer and co-cre- ator Brian Bendis ex- pressed to the Daily News. “But now it’s true. It’s meant a great deal to a great many people.”
