MR. CLARENCE COTTON (‘MR. C’)
We lost our beloved family member, Clarence Cotton (aka, “Mr. C”) on January 11, 2021.
Mr. C was born in Savannah, Georgia to Clarence and Thelma Cotton on April 26, 1940 and moved to Tampa, Florida in 1985.
Due to the Pandemic, the fam- ily will plan a Celebration of Life service at a later date.

MR. OLIVER HARDLEY, JR.
In memory of our mild-man- nered brother, Mr. Oliver Hard- ley, Jr. (Stop Sign). He was born in Haines City, Florida to Lee Ella Hardley and Oliver Hardley, Sr.
He also lived in Tampa, Florida and Ocala, Florida, with his wife, Peggy Oliver.
He was preceded in death by: aunt, Cora Marshall; and cousin, Ben Marshall.
He will be missed by: mother, Lee; father, Oliver; wife, Peggy Johnson Oliver; sisters, Corean and Jackie; nieces, Monique, Megan, little Jackie, and Brittany; nephew, Malik; cousins, Winston Marshall and Calvin Marshall; uncle, Tom; and loving family and friends.
Rest in peace; we all love and miss you.

A well-known native of West Tampa passed Satur- day morning at Bayfront Hospital Unit. Mr. Robert “Rob” Collins was 80- years-old.
Mr. Collins was the son of the late Fred and Ceola Collins. He attended the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County, and graduated from Blake High School in 1958. While at Blake, he was a member of the Yellow Jackets Football Team, under the tutelage of Head Coach James “Jim” Williams.
After high school, Mr. Collins earned a football scholarship to South Car- olina State University. He later returned to Tampa, where he entered the work- force and began his family.
Mr. Collins worked as a Sky Cap with the Sky Cap Services at Tampa Interna- tional Airport until he be- came disabled.
Mr. Collins loved West Tampa, where he had several family members, former classmates, and other people he had known for years. He was affectionately known as the “Mayor of West Tampa.” He was also known as

“Rob,” and “Honey Head.” It was a common sight to see him riding down the street in his power wheelchair.
His sister-in-law, Mrs. Carolyn Collins said, “He just loved talking to people. He was an outgoing person who enjoyed watching all types of sports, but especially
football.
“If he was not on the bus,
he would be seen driving his power wheelchair from En- core to share with the guys at Main and Howard, Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church food pantry and Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church Mercy Kitchen.”
A former resident of the Bethune Hi-Rise, Mr. Collins lived in the Reed Building of the Encore Apartment Complex. He was planning to move back into the Bethune Hi-Rise, Mrs. Collins said.
Mr. Collins is survived by his children, grandchil- dren, brothers, and other family members.
Mrs. Collins said plans for a Memorial Service have not been finalized at the time.
