A fight at a local club ended with shots being fired and a traffic accident. Four individuals were arrested and charged.
According to Tampa Po- lice, the incident began Tues- day morning at the Truth Lounge, 4202 W. Cayuga Street. The incident involved four residents of Orlando.
As the Truth Lounge was closing, a fight took place. At some point, several people pulled firearms and began shooting. The armed Security officers attempted to hold the defendants at gunpoint. However, the defendants re- portedly began shooting at the Security officers. Three

Gaines were taken into cus- tody. Hightower was charged with fleeing to elude, driving while license sus- pended, resisting arrest, and striking K-9 Oakley.
Police Air Service contin- ued to monitor the Lexus as it continued to flee east- bound on I-4. The vehicle was eventually stopped in Plant City and Darnell Thomas, 26, and 38-year- old Rayshard Brinson were taken into custody.
Thomas was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Gaines was charged with aggravated as- sault with a deadly weapon being a felon in possession of a firearm, and fleeing to elude. Brinson was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Detectives said all four men knew each other and were from the Orlando area.
Police recovered a total of 6 guns, one of which had been reported stolen. All three vehicles were sealed and impounded, police said.
The investigation is con- tinuing.
A 34-year-old man has pleaded guilty to several counts of cyberstalking. A sentencing date has not been established.
Christopher Buono- core, of Hicksville, NY, faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison on each count.
According to court docu- ments, over a seven-year pe- riod, Buonocore used text messages, fictitious phone numbers, and social media accounts to harass, intimi- date, cyberstalk, and at- tempt to sextort six women, including a minor.
Buonocore’s alleged harassment campaign in- volved posting sexually ex- plicit and nude images of the victims to the internet, and personal identifying infor- mation such as their phone numbers, addresses, and so- cial media profile names.
Buonocore is said to have solicited individuals online, unknown to him, to contact and harass the vic- tims, including, at times, en- couraging these individuals to rape a victim or extort ad- ditional sexually explicit im- ages from them.

Four of the individuals fled the scene in vehicles, a white Mercedes, a white Dodge Charger, and a blue Lexus.
Officers did not pursue the vehicles, but alerted Air Service. Officers observed all three vehicles speeding southbound on I-275. At ap- proximately 2:32 a.m., the Mercedes and the Charger crashed at the I-4 inter- change. Police recovered guns from both vehicles.

Police Investigate Report Of Shots Being Fired
   Armed Man Injured In Police-Involved Shooting
Shooting Suspects
 A 27-year-old man is re- covering at a local hospital after being shot. The incident took place late Monday night.
According to the Tampa Police Department, police were called to the Bowery Bayshore Bayside Apartment Complex, 6401 S. Westshore Blvd, shortly before 10 p.m. Responding officers were told that an Asian man was bang- ing on apartment doors while holding something behind his back. After viewing the video, the caller told police the man was armed with a gun.
Police arrived at the scene and attempted to speak with the man, later identified as Jeremy D. Liwag. One of the officers recognized the suspect from a previous en- counter. The officers then went to Liwag’s apartment for the purpose of making a
welfare check.
Shortly after 11:30 p.m.,
as officers were talking to Liwag, he began raising his gun toward the officers, forc- ing one of the officers to shoot him.
Fire Rescue responded to the scene and transported Liwag to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening in- juries.
The unidentified officers involved in the shooting have both been placed on adminis- trative leave, which is stan- dard procedure in a police-involved shooting.
The shooting is being in- vestigated by the Florida De- partment of Law Enforcement.
Liwag was still hospital- ized at press time and charges against him are pending, po- lice said.
The Temple Terrace Po- lice Department is currently investigating a report of shots being fired. Officers were dispatched to the area of Temple Terrace Highway and Temple Park Dr.
Upon arrival at the scene, in the 7300 block of Temple Terrace Highway, they were unable to locate a victim. The
investigation is continuing as officers attempt to locate the individuals involved in the shooting.
Detectives have obtained a photograph of two people inside a 7-11 Store who may have been involved in the shooting. They are attempt- ing to identify and locate these individuals.
