Bucs Sign Ex-Eagles WR Josh Huff To Practice Squad
Buccaneers Optimistic Doug Martin Returns Sunday
DOUG MARTIN
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ offense might be getting a boost this weekend against the Chicago Bears if Doug Mar- tin returns. The Bucs play the Bears Sunday at 1 p.m.
With Mike Evans being the only playmaker on that side of the ball at the moment, getting Doug Martin back opens up far more of the play- book for head coach Dirk Koetter as well as forces de- fenses to respect the Bucs’ run game, opening up more pass- ing lanes for Jameis Win- ston.
Martin suffered a setback and hamstrings are tricky in- juries to return from. They can flare up at any moment and send a player back to the side- lines.
Albert Haynesworth Roasts The Entire 2016 Presidential Election In One Tweet
ALBERT HAYNESWORTH
Albert Haynesworth
had something to say on Tues- day night, as Donald Trump won key states against Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.
The 35-year-old, who played in the NFL for 10 sea- sons, shared how he feels about the possibility that Trump could be the next president to occupy the White House following Barack Obama in the form of a sin- gle tweet:
“If Trump wins, it’ll be the first time a billionaire moved into a public housing unit that was abandoned by a black family!”

LeBron James Reacts To Hillary Clinton's Election Loss
LEBRON JAMES AND HILLARY CLINTON
The Tampa Bay Bucca- neers have signed former Philadelphia Eagles wide re- ceiver Josh Huff to their practice squad.
"We signed him to the practice squad. That's it," Buccaneers coach Dirk Koetter said. "All your prac- tice squad guys are develop- mental guys you're trying to look at. We had Josh in the Senior Bowl a few years ago when I was coaching in At- lanta. We've got 10 guys on our practice squad and we're trying to develop those guys into guys who could help us down the road."
Huff, 25, was released by the Eagles last week, two days after he was arrested for DUI, possession of an unloaded 9 mm handgun without a per- mit, possession of hollow- point ammunition and a small amount of marijuana.
JOSH HUFF
Police had pulled him over for speeding on the New Jer- sey side of the Walt Whitman Bridge.
"You live and you learn, man," Huff said. "Obviously I'm mad that I put myself in that situation, but you live and you learn," Huff said. "I'm excited to be here. I'm excited to get going and get used to my new teammates and new players around me and get used to the staff."
On Sunday, LeBron James was campaigning for presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton in his native Ohio. On Wednesday, he was looking for answers after her loss to Don- ald Trump.
He posted a message on his Instagram account saying in part: "If we continue the faith (ashardasitmaybetodoso) we will BE ALRIGHT!!" He posted a link to Kendrick Lamar's song titled, "Al- right."
James went on to say:
"Parents and leaders of our children please let them know they can still change the world for the better! Don't lose a bit of faith! They're our future and we must remain stronger than ever!! Yes we all wanna lace up the boots, put on the hard hats
and strike but that's not the an- swer. Love, genuine LOVE and FAITH will be the only thing that can get us through this.
"Minorities and Women in all please know that this isn't the end, it's just a very chal- lenging obstacle that we will overcome!! The man above will never put something in our paths that we can handle no matter how difficult it may feel/be! Time to educate and even more mold my children into being the greatest model citizens they can become in life! They will continue the legacy beyond life! Lastly, Even if whos now in office doesn't, Know that I LOVE YOU ALL!!!"
Dallas Cowboys Will Play Tony
Romo, Dak Prescott Situation By Ear
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones admitted on Tuesday what many were thinking in regard to the team's quarterback situation.
"The key thing I want to emphasize is we probably are never going to have this to- tally sorted out," Jones said during his weekly appearance on 105.3 The Fan. "We're going to play it by ear, play it as it comes. We can do that."
Veteran quarterback Tony Romo has been a limited participant in practice over the last two weeks as he re- covers from a back injury sus- tained in the preseason.
Rookie Dak Prescott has turned heads in his place, leading Dallas to a 7-1 record and a share of the NFL's best record while also complicat- ing the decision of just which quarterback will be under
DAK PRESCOTT center when Romo returns to
health.
Jones said he expects
Romo to challenge for the starting job, but the owner stopped short of saying that the veteran is still the team's No. 1 quarterback.
"I know how bad he wants to compete," Jones said. "Any time he's limited be- cause of injury, I hate that. It's always been the biggest downer for a competitor.”
Jon Jones Stripped Of UFC Interim Light Heavyweight Title
The inevitable became a re- ality on Wednesday as Jon Jones was stripped of his in- terim UFC light heavyweight just days after receiving a one- year suspension in the arbitra- tion case for his failed UFC 200 drug test. ESPN first re- ported the news, which marked the second time in the past two years that Jones has been stripped of a UFC title.
"Jon Jones has blown it in every way shape and form a guy with that much talent can blow it," said UFC president Dana White to ESPN. "Greatest talent ever and the biggest screw-up ever."
Jones, 29, is perhaps one of the greatest fighters in the sport's brief history, however his career and legacy have been derailed by a seemingly endless march of outside-the- cage issues over the last sev- eral years, ultimately culminating in the latest one- year suspension for two banned substances, clomiphene and Letrozol, stemming from an out-of-

competition drug test prior to UFC 200.
Jones attributed the failed test to a tainted sexual-perfor- mance pill he took prior to the July fight card. USADA inde- pendently confirmed Jones' claim, but it mattered little. A three-man team of arbitrators on Monday decreed that Jones was still at fault as a re- sult of the "reckless" lack of due diligence he showed by taking the pill, suspending Jones into July 2017.
Things could get worse too, as Jones is still awaiting a dis- ciplinary hearing with the Ne- vada Athletic Commission and could receive additional pun- ishment for his failed test.
