Shoplifting Suspects Sought
These are surveillance pho- tos of the two shoplifting sus- pects.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a shoplifting that occurred Feb- ruary 10th at 5:40 a. m. at the Wal-Mart Store, 7011 West Wa- ters Avenue.
Detectives said a man and woman entered the store, re- moved electronics valued at $666.00, and fled without pay- ing. They were last seen leaving the area in a newer model Chevrolet Impala.
The suspects are described as a Black female with light com- plexion, a medium build, and last seen wearing a red and white jacket. The second sus- pect is described as a Black male with a muscular build and last seen wearing a plaid flannel shirt over a white tee shirt and blue jeans.

Investigation Continues Into Death Of Sulphur Springs Teen
Police Ask For Help In Catching Perfume Thieves
Clearwater Police detectives are asking for help in identify- ing three women who teamed up to steal thousands of dol- lars of perfume from a local store on March 5th.
Police said two of the women distracted employees at Ulta Beauty, 2683 Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, while the other woman reportedly concealed about $2,000 worth of per- fume in her purse. She then left the store without paying.
The woman who put the items in her purse is described
as a Black female, 30-to-40 years old and weighing about 200 pounds. She has short hair and a tattoo above her chest.
The second suspect is a Black female between 20 and 25 years old and weighing 225 pounds. The third suspect is a Black female, 25-to-30 years old and about 150 pounds. She reportedly had a tattoo of “Tony” on her arm.

Two Men Shot While Sitting On Sidewalk
Tampa Police report that on Tuesday night at 10:46 p. m., Tony Sheppard, 30, and Anthony Cole, 19, were sit- ting on the sidewalk at 2917 Banza Street when they were both shot in the leg.
Police said both victims were uncooperative with investiga- tors, and detectives went to the hospital in an effort to in-
terview them. Both are re- ported to be in stable condi- tion.
Police said drugs were found in the area of where both men were sitting when the shooting occurred.
No suspect information has been provided by either victim and the incident is under in- vestigation.
On March 14th at 5:30 p. m., Tampa Police officers re- sponded to 8114 North 17th Street on a report of a teen who was shot. Based on pre- liminary information at the scene, Ikeim Boswell, 16, and a group of individuals were in the back yard playing with a gun. The gun went off and Boswell was struck once in the upper body area.
Fire Rescue transported Boswell to Tampa General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Detectives responded to the scene and conducted inter- views with all the individuals who were at the house at the time of the incident.

terviewed, and the State Attor- ney’s Office is reviewing evi- dence to determine if the shooting was accidental or if a crime occurred.
PERFUME THIEVES
Police Search For Clues In Teen’s Death
Tampa Police Homicide de- tectives are urging witnesses to a fatal shooting to come for- ward with information.
On Saturday, March 14th at 9:18 p. m., officers responded to Taylor Park, 3721 Clearfield Street, to investigate a call of shots being fired.
When officers arrived, they found Jamylin Turner, 16, lying in the street with a gun- shot wound to the upper body. He was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital and later died from his injuries.
Based on preliminary infor- mation at the scene, police said that Turner was with a group of friends near the bas- ketball courts when a vehicle drove by and several shots

were fired at the group. Turner was the only one struck.
Police have not released a description of the vehicle or identified the shooter.

Man Shot In Hotel Room
Tampa Police report that at 3:45 a. m. Tuesday, Michael Porter, 29, was in room 242 at the Red Roof Inn, 2307 East Busch Boulevard, with a woman when someone ap- proached the room, banged on the door, and fired shots through the window. The fe- male fled the room, entered a vehicle in the parking lot, and left the scene.
The hotel front desk clerk called 9-1-1 and officers re- sponded to the hotel. Porter was hospitalized and is re- ported to be in stable condi- tion. Initially, police said he was not cooperative with the

officers on the scene. Detectives will attempt to in-
terview him again while he’s still in the hospital.
