The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (Authority) is seeking Qualification Based Proposals from experienced Independent Audit Services for the purpose of providing all required annual audit services for Tampa Housing Authority, Gardens at Southbay, Ltd, Affordable Housing Development Corp, North Tampa Housing Development Corp, Tampa Housing Funding Corp., and Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility.
The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA) is inviting Developers with extensive experience in urban redevelopment to submit statements of qualifications and proposal for select vertical development opportunities and master developer partner opportunity related to the redevelopment of THA-owned parcels which are part of a 120+/- acre area known as the West River Master Plan. The redevelopment services under this solicitation is specific to the 40+ acre public housing sites known as North Boulevard Homes and Mary Bethune Hi-rise owned by the Tampa Housing Authority along with acquired and controlled parcels.
Experienced developers may request a copy of the official Request for Qualifications, on or after May 10, 2016.
