Kendrick Lamar Named #1 Rap Genius Of 2015
With production finally un- derway for Tupac’s highly- anticipated biopic All Eyez On Me, details have surfaced little by little on the film’s synopsis. The actor who’ll assume the role of the late rapper has been revealed.
Demetrius Shipp Jr. was named as the person to por- tray Pac on the silver screen, and was asked by producer L.T. Hutton to take on the role because of his similar fea- tures with the “Ghetto Gospel” MC. TMZ reports that Shipp’s father also met the legendary artist during his ca- reer in the music industry. After having a slew of director replacements, (John Single- ton was replaced by Billy ‘Boom and a hefty multi-mil- lion dollar lawsuit—the mak- ing of the highly anticipated film came just in time, due to

reports surfacing of a previous lawsuit from the late rapper’s mother, Afeni Shakur. The lawsuit claimed that the film could only gain the rights to Pac’s original music if the production took off within the time span of this year.
This will be Shipp’s first major acting job, and he’ll ap- pear alongside Jamal Woodard, the same person who played Biggie Smalls in the biopic Notorious (2009).
Scene from Room 6 video
Last week, Rihanna (sym- bolically) soaked in a tub in Room 5 of her ANTIDiary. What does Room 6 bring? Judging from this clip, more cryptic mes- sages.
Rihanna saunters into this dark “room” as a group of in- trigued, masked men look on. They soon begin to follow be- hind her, pausing at every flash of light. Her child self seems afraid as she looks on from the crowd, still with the crown over her eyes.
Rihanna then reaches a plat- form where she climbs the stairs to look at a screen of her face starring back.
In her ANTIDiary series, each “room” is symbolic of Ri- hanna’s life and era in her music career, from Barbados to her current life as an interna- tional pop star, and has clues for the fans to use to piece together to unlock some answers sur- rounding Rihanna’s upcoming album, ANTI.

Slim Thug May Be Reason Rick Ross And His Fiancee Are Beefing
Chris Brown was sched- uled to appear on The Daily Show last Tuesday night, but it looks like his appearance was canceled and he was replaced by Nick Cannon.
On Tuesday, staffers at the show expressed issues with having Brown on because of his past with domestic violence. And it looks like those staffers may have won. Host Trevor Noah, who witnessed his mother being abused, wanted to use Brown’s appearance as an opportunity to discuss do- mestic violence..
Maybe the staffers at The Daily Show should look into

It seems like Slim Thug may have put several nails in the proverbial coffin. He posted the following picture a couple days ago and all hell broke loose. You may not realize this, but Slim Thug and Rozay had some friction over who is the “Boss” of Hip-Hop. If the photo is in- deed Lira then Thugger dropped a megaton bomb on her ride out relationship.
Slim Thug released a photo recently that suggests Rick Ross’s girl stripped for him.

Steve Harvey made a big mistake during the crowning of the 2015 Miss Universe by calling out the wrong person, however, he will be back to MC the pageant next year.
The Miss Universe folks just put an end to speculation that they’ll never hire Steve Har- vey again after he announced the wrong winner on Sunday.

Shapiro said Harvey “did a great job. He was funny, he was informative, he’s high energy, he’s got a great following... I def- initely want him back, and I would hate to see him not come back. He’s going to want a shot to redeem himself.”
