Daughter Of Ol’ Dirty Bastard Says
She And Siblings Have Received
No Money Since His Death
Ashana Jones said she and her six half-siblings have not re- ceived any money from the es- tate of her father, Russell Jones aka Ol' Dirty Bastard of the Wu-Tang Clan -- de- spite him dying in 2004.
Known to the world as Ol’ Dirty Bastard, the Wu-Tang Clan’s Russell Jones was just Dad to Ashana Jones and his six other children from five dif- ferent women.
Though Ashana was only 7 years old when Dirty, as friends called him, died of an accidental drug overdose, she recalls him being “an awesome father. I re- member going with him to Coney Island, to Grandma’s house, to Universal Studios.” She even had “good relations” with her half-siblings.

But when the rapper unex- pectedly passed away in 2004 at age 35, he didn’t leave behind a will — and his offspring are still fighting for their share of his legacy.
“He was young,” ODB’s for- mer manager Jarred Weis- feld told The Post. “You can’t
tell somebody who’s 35 to get a will.”
In 2020, Ashana’smother, Krishana Rucker, received a $500,000 settlement for out- standing child support, dating back to the time of his death. Payments were completed this past February.
A white supremacist group known as Patriot Front attacked a Black man as they terrorized the streets of Boston on July 2, according to The Boston Globe.
Approximately 100 mem- bers began marching the streets of downtown Boston around noon on Saturday with their faces covered by masks and sun- glasses. They also wore khaki pants, navy t-shirts and baseball caps, with several carrying shields as they marched to a snare drum.
The police were called to Cop- ley Square around 1:30 p.m. after several members attacked a 34-year-old Black man near Dartmouth and Stuart streets. The Boston Police said they found the man with lacerations on his head, left eyebrow and ring finger of his right hand. He was taken to Tufts Medical Cen- ter in an ambulance.
The man told the police that he was walking on Dartmouth Street when he was knocked to the ground by a group of men
wearing masks and carrying shields. The man said several others joined in when he tried to swing his arms to protect him- self. The group also reportedly chanted “Life! Liberty! Victory!”
According to Boston Police Sergeant Detective John Boyle, the group continued to assault the man while he was the ground. The other men “joined in, knocking him to the ground and continuing to assault him,” said Boyle.
The group left the area around 3:30 p.m. by boarding a train at the Oak Grove station to take them to their vehicles, which were reportedly parked along Banks Place. License plates on the vehicles were registered to multiple states including Texas.
According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Patriot Front is a Texas-based white na- tionalist hate group that broke off from Vanguard America fol- lowing the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Va., back in 2017.
NeNe Leakes 'Negotiating' Discrimination Lawsuit With Bravo, Andy Cohen
NeNe Leakes is in talks with Andy Cohen, Bravo and NBCU- niversal to potentially settle the discrimination lawsuit she filed against them outside of court, Page Six has learned.
An Atlanta judge granted the parties a 45-day extension on Monday until Aug. 19 after the defendants requested more time to “negotiate” the dispute, ac- cording to court documents.
In a motion filed on June 24, Cohen, 54, Bravo and NBCU ar- gued that per contract agree- ments existing between them and Leakes, 54, the ongoing dis- putes are “already subject to ar- bitration in New York.”
According to legal experts, ar- bitration is a process in which two parties in a dispute use an in-

dependent, impartial third party to settle.
The motion also noted, however, that Leakes “dis- agrees” with the notion of arbi- tration, but that both parties are “in the process of negotiating this issue in an attempt to avoid the
time and expense of a motion to compel arbitration” through their respective counsel.
Since both sides “agreed” that a 45-day extension is “appropri- ate to complete these discus- sions,” the judge granted the deadline extension.
