Homeless Helping Homeless
(HHH)
Mr. Adolphus Parker
has been at the forefront of the homeless plight since I met him in 2009. He went from nothing to 6 shelters. Though it has not been easy, he has not given up.
I wrote a letter in 2009 to President Obama giving him a glimpse of what is hap- pening on our Tampa streets involving the homeless.
The most recent order sent to HHH on November 3, 2015, by the City of Tampa is requesting for them to move in 1-2 weeks from now. Mr. Parker needs the community’s help so he can continue to provide as best he can for the homeless.
Currently, they are staying in the back yard on HHH property on cots, under tents, they have running water and a porto-potty on the property. They are being harassed, yet 100s of home- less sleep on sidewalks 2 blocks away from the HHH shelter.
If you can donate to help Homeless Helping Homeless contact Mr. Parker at 813- 415-3586. Thank you!
Scripture (Proverbs 27:2)
Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger and not thine own lips.
