Please come out and help us install new tarps at our award winning community garden. Join us on Tuesday, July 25th, 8:30 a. m. – 11:30
a. m. at the garden. To con- firm your attendance or ask questions please contact Linda Washington (813) 741-3604.
The garden has served as a local food source for resi- dents, a recreational outlet for seniors and a focal point for community building in the neighborhood.

Feeling stressed? Join Dr. David Grabau as he teaches meditative practices that help to maintain emotional stability and eliminate stress. The meditation session will give partici- pants the opportunity to practice deep muscle relaxation and White Light Guided Imagery, both of which can improve gen- eral physical health and decrease stress and anxiety. Please wear comfortable clothes.
