MISS YASMIN UNIQUA GARDNER
A homegoing celebration for Miss Yasmin Uniqua Gardner of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 will be held Saturday, April 8th, 11 a. m. at Rivers of Life Church, 301 Lakewood Dr., Pastor Curtis Swafford with Min. Justin John- son, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Yasmin was born June 30, 1999 in Tampa, Florida. She at- tended Tampa Bay Tech High School and graduated with Hon- ors from Armwood High School, class of 2016. Yasmin loved ani- mals and aspired to become a vet- erinarian. She enjoyed socializing with her family and friends, going out to dinner, attending church services, and entertaining others.
Yasmin also understood the meaning of giving and was an organ donor. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Donnie Gardner; great-aunt, Eliz- abeth Tyler; uncle, Dexter Gard- ner and great-uncle, Fred Gardner.

MISS TIQULA FATORA LIGHTBOURNE
Homegoing celebration for Miss Tiqula Fatora Light- bourne, who passed away March 30, 2017 will be held Sat- urday, April 8, 2017 at 10:30 a. m. at New Rising Star M. B. Church, 1509 E. North Bay Street, Tampa, FL 33610, Pastor Willie L. Morris, III, Officiating. Internment in Rest Haven Me- morial Park.
On March 9, 1978, in Tampa, FL, a beautiful soul was born and was given the name Tiqula Fatora Lightbourne. She was loving, kind, generous, a sister and a friend. Her passion for people, especially the elderly, defined her sixteen-year career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Many of those years were spent at Home Association.
Tiqula loved God and ac- cepted Him as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She lived her life to the fullest without complaints. On March 30th, Tiqula was called to rest by her master.
She is preceded in death by: grandmother, Bernetha Williams; grandfather, Edward Williams; father, Willie Burton.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her mom, Mother Lorine Burton; birth father, Cedric Williams; brother, Willie Burton, Jr. (Anastasia); brother, Cedric Williams; sis- ter, Shavond Hillard (Chris); sister, Shanta Williams of North Carolina; aunt, Mother Julia Morris (Bishop Willie Morris Jr.); aunt, Elder Barbara Williams of Jacksonville, FL; aunt, Macella Kettles of Miami, FL; aunt, Annie Oliver of New York; Gloria Williams; uncle, Eddie Williams (Marian Williams); and a host of sor- rowing cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

MR. CARY PRESTON
A celebration of life for Mr. Cary Preston, nickname “Blood,” who passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017, 11 a. m. at Harmon Fu- neral Chapel, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610 with Minister Lee Andrew McClus- ter, Sr., officiating. Interment will be placed at the Florida National Cemetery in Bush- nell, FL on Monday, April 10, 2017.
Mr. Preston was born on March 27, 1931 in Havana, FL where he attended public schools. He later moved to Fort Lauderdale where he worked as a Roofer for many years before planting his roots in Tampa, to be near his fam- ily.
During his time of retire- ment, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family up until his untimely depar- ture.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Charles Preston, Sr.; his mother, Millie Turner; brother, Daniel Mills; sisters, Allie Mae Preston and Maggie Adams.
He leaves to share precious memories: 3 brothers, Charles Preston, Jr. and wife, Linda (caregivers), Willie Frank Clary of Tampa, and Randy Clary of Pensacola, FL; 8 sis- ters, Francis Higgins of Greensville, FL, Thelma Everett, Ruth Howard, Jessie Preston, of Tampa; Alberta Sykes, Maxine Anderson, Mary Chambers, and Gloria Jones, all of Tallahassee, FL; 8 stepchildren, Calvin Moultry of Orlando, FL, James Grimes and Adrion Grimes (Betty) of Augusta, GA, Samuel Grimes of Quincy, FL, Mack McCall, Jr. of Hawaii, Willie Ford, Eliza- beth Goody and Greg Matthew of Fort Lauderdale, FL; ex- wife/special friend, Eva Doris Preston; and a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Helen was born August 14, 1930 in Quincy, FL, to the late Hammer Lee and Lillie Mae Williams Jackson. Born into a family of Christian faith, she ac- cepted Christ as her personal savior and attended Arnett Chapel A. M. E. Church in her youth and teen years.
She married in 1952, to Mr. Eddie Stacy. She studied nursing in New York, later becoming a LPN in 1957. Upon moving to Tampa, she was employed at Hillsborough County Hospital before retiring.
Helen was a member of New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as an honorary member of the #2 Usher Board. Helen was a great daughter, wife, mother figure, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, lending a helping hand to any- one in need. A pillar in her fam- ily, she will truly be missed, but we know to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hammer Lee Jackson; her hus- band, Eddie B. Stacy; sisters, Margaret Pringle and Elizabeth Hayes; and brother, Charles Lee Jackson; two nieces, Veronica J. Harris and Myra Pringle- Mitchell; and nephew, Lorenzo Hayes.
She leaves to cherish her memories with: three sisters, Flossie Mae Greenlee of Hous- ton, TX, Marilyn Donaldson of Quincy, FL, and Betty Dunhart (Rev. Marvis Dunhart) of Rochester, NY; her brother, Rev. Jerome Jackson (Vickie Jack- son) of Macon, GA; and a host of loving and caring nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

BROTHER RANDOLPH TOSSIE HALL, JR.
Homegoing celebration for Brother Randolph Tossie Hall, Jr., who answered the call of his master on March 19, 2017, will be held Satur- day, April 8, 2017, 11 a. m. at House of Restoration Church of God, 3416 N. 15th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605, Elder Arthur Green, Jr. Pastor, offi- ciating, Pastor Ben Clark, eu- logist. Interment to Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery.
Randolph was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Randolph Tossie Hall and Corine Washington. He at- tended Hillsborough County Schools and graduated from Middleton Senior High, class of 1971. He also attended FAMU University in 1971.
Tossie was a former mem- ber of several bands: Mighty Good & Strong, Montreys and Trauma with Nelson Griffin. He later moved to Miami, FL where he worked for HAC and Dade County School System.
Tossie was converted at an early age. Upon returning to Tampa, he was united with the Body of Christ Church, Pastor Ben Clark. He was a faithful member since 2016.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Mr. Randolph Hall and Ms. Corine Washing- ton; sisters, Willie Mae Clancy and Cynthia Hall; and niece, Teresa Brown.
Tossie leaves to cherish his fond memories: 2 sisters, Mammie Lois Hall and Mable J. Hall; 3 brothers, David, Thomas, and George Snow, all of Trenton, NJ; 1 uncle, George Washington (wife) of South Carolina; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends which includes his sponsor from the NA fellowship and a host of friends from HAC in the Greater Miami Area; spe- cial friends, Tossie’s Church Family, Rhonda Wright, Isaac and Samuel Guest, Gregory Douglas, Elder Arthur Green, Jr., Lawrence Hires, Gregory Kirk, of Tampa, Mrs. Bailey, Lleana Bustamante, Niecey, Sultan Ali, Ruben from the Miami Area.
