MRS. DARLENE RENEE NEWTON-WIGGINS
Homegoing services for Mrs. Darlene Renee Newton-Wig- gins, who passed away on Fri- day, July 24, 2015, will be held Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 10 a. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, 33610, with Rev. A. L. Wing- field, Pastor of Agape Ministries COGIC, officiating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Darlene Renee Newton- Wiggins was born October 15, 1962, to the late Donald and Iccey Newton. She was the third of four children, Monica, Vanette, and Domelia, who preceded her in death.
Darlene was reared in Queens, New York. She at- tended Middle College H. S., where she graduated with hon- ors. She then went on to Royal Business School, where she re- ceived her diploma in Word Processing and Administrative Assistant.
Darlene worked at Citibank, Service Merchandise, which she called her fun job. In addi- tion to that, she worked at H & R Block seasonally, until her illness prevented her from doing so.
Darlene leaves behind: her husband of 24 years, Harry N. Wiggins, Jr.; a son, Dwayne N. Wiggins; a daughter, Patricia M. Wiggins; mother-in-law Lenda Wiggins; father-in-law, Harry N. Wiggins, Sr.; five grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
The visitation for Darlene Renee Newton-Wiggins, in re- pose, will be held Friday evening from 5-8 p. m. The family will receive friends at Harmon Funeral Home from 6-7 p. m.
The processional with Pas- tor, The Family and friends will arrange at 9:45 a. m. on Saturday at the Chapel.

SISTER LILLIE MAE STARKS
Sister Lillie Mae Starks of Tampa, passed away Wednes- day, July 22, 2015.
A homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, August 1, 2015,at11a.m.atMt.ZionA. M. E. Church, 7401 S. Kissim- mee Street, with Pastor James T. Golden, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sister Starks was a native of Palmetto, FL, and was edu- cated by the public schools of Manatee County, Lincoln Me- morial School. She was a faith- ful member of Mt. Zion A. M. E. Church, where she served as a Trustee, Stewardess and mem- ber of the Dorcas Society and the Friday Gang, until her health began to fail.
Sister Starks was preceded in death by: her parents, C. Williams and Alder Thomas; a sister, Ollie Mae Taggett; and brother, Willie Lee Allen.
She leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted husband, Matthew W. Starks; a son, Patrick Lee Starks; two broth- ers, Lee Andrew Allen and Clarence R. Allen and friend, Susie Brown; sister, Cheryl Jackson; brother-in-law, Rovell (Bernice) Starks; a devoted sis- ter-in-law, Eldora (Johnnie) Thomas; a devoted niece, Kim Richardson and husband, James; special friends, Mrs. Catherine Cooper, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Howard, Mrs. Mildred Lynn, Mrs. Clara Bell Hogan, Mr. and Mrs. Roosevelt Thomas and Mrs. Lillie Mae Hall; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends. MS. ROSALIND HARRIS
Ms. Rosalind Harris of Tampa, passed away Friday, July 17, 2015.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Cathedral of Faith Church, 6304 N. 30th Street, with Apostle James H. Howell, pastor, officiating.
Ms. Harris was a native of Tampa, graduating from East Bay High School, and was a member of Cathedral of Faith Church.
Formerly employed with the Florida State Fair in customer service, she spent the last years of her life caregiving for her family.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving children, daughters, Laticia Stewart (John) of Tampa, Latrice Har- ris, Denise Harris, both of CA, Felecia Banks of Tampa, Shan- non Agee of Tampa, and Charra E. Norman-Thomas (Eric) of Memphis, TN; sons, Aleem Charles Harris-Thomas of Albuquerque, NM, Marcelino Banks of Tampa, and Charles E. Norman- Thomas of CA; extended fam- ily, Benjamin Agee, Aleem Charles E. Norman-Thomas, Sr. and Roy Ozie Banks; god- children, Felecia Jackson and Dewayne Williams of Tampa; grandchildren, Tiquandria Harris, Ye'Sir Harris, Jolicia Henry, Aaliyah Harris, Shan- non Lise, Jr., Marcelina Banks, Deion Banks, Marcelino Banks, Jr., Kanin S. White, and Amina Banks; and great grand- child, Tiyji Hines.
Rosalind's family was large, blood and bond drawn to- gether by the love she held in her heart.
She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends who were like family.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, July 31, 2015, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

Mrs. Nettie G. Welch Streater of Tampa, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015.

Mrs. Streater was a native of Alachua County, FL, and a res- ident of Tampa, for over 60 years.
Mrs. Streater was a retired Domestic Technician.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Edward Streater; parents, Ed and Martha Welch; brothers, Eddie Welch, Sam Welch and James Welch; sisters, Maggie Lee Welch, Nellie Welch Tarpley, Lillian Moore, Phyllis McClel- lon, Rosa Lee Stephens and Sadie Jones Lackey; and sister- in-law, Eliza Welch; close nieces, Juanita Walker Nelson (caregiver), and Madine Welch Clemons; and close nephews, Samuel Welch, Sr., Willie Mc- Clellon, Jr., Edward McClellon and Clarence McClellon.

Mrs. Evelyn Blue Roberts was born to Joe and Minnie Blue in Tampa, and was a grad- uate of Middleton High School. She was a faithful and loyal member of New Hope Mission- ary Baptist Church, where she was baptized at an early age.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Joe and Min- nie Blue; brother, Willie Blue; sisters, Lois Lorene Blue-Pur- cell and Betty Blue-Johnson; a devoted companion, David Stanley, Sr.; husband, David Roberts; and son, David Stan- ley, Jr.
