RAY WILLIAMS
MR. JOHN LOWMAN
Mr. John Lowman of Tampa, passed away Monday, September 28, 2020. A Private Memorial Service was conducted Monday, October 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend Leon Gallon, officiating.
Mr. John Lowman was a na- tive and resident of Tampa, Florida. He attended Harlem School and was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Lowman was a member of Christ of Calvary Com- munity and retired from the City of Tampa Sanitation Department.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his wife of 64 years, Marion Patterson Lowman; sons, John- nie, Curtis, Nathaniel (Vernae) of GA, Curtis (Alicia), Andre’ (Fele- cia), Johnathan (Tonia) of GA, Johnel and Shawn; daughters, Maeola, Virginia, Lisa (Tyrone), and Nybie (Carlton); 30 grandchil- dren; 49 great grandchildren; 1 great, great grandchild; sister, Margie Allen, of New York; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.

MS. BIANCA CARLETT MOORE
A Celebration of life for Bianca Carlett Moore, 32, of Tampa who passed away, Thursday, September 24, 2020, will be held Saturday, Oc- tober 10th at 11 a.m. at Allen Tem- ple AME Church, 2101 Lowe St, Tampa, FL 33605. The repast will be held from 2-6 p.m. at the Wood- mont Clubhouse, 415 Woodmont Avenue, Temple Terrace, FL, 33617.

Bianca Carlett Moore attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from T. R. Robinson High School (RHS) in 2006. She was a member of the Homecoming Court and was proudly crowned Prom Queen. While attending RHS Bianca fol- lowed her father’s footsteps and joined the Naval JROTC to prepare her to enlist in the United States Naval Reserve.
After returning home from training, Bianca realized her deeper passion for serving her country and enlisted Active Duty in United States Army. During her en- listment, she completed a tour to Afghanistan. She honorably served the country for 4 years. Her duty to serve did not end after her enlist- ment ended, she returned to Afghanistan as a civilian contractor to continue to provide support dur- ing the war.
She was a true inspiration to all those she encountered, and she will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Ella Rolle; grand- mother, Sybil Powell (Rolle); grandfathers, Robert Moore and Alex Kilpatrick; uncle, Eric Moore; aunts, Verdall Ledesma, Loveviona Moore, and Melinda Moore; and puppy companion, Bentley.
Her memories shall be forever cherished by: her father, Robert Lee Moore; sister, Sybil Moore and partner Tony Aguiar, sister, Rachel Jones and husband Andrace Jones; and close cousin, Antionette Williams; grandmother, Elease Moore; nephews, Aidan Kade, and Demetrian Lamar; niece, Noelle E’vee; aunts, Priscilla Moore, Jeanette Moore, Jesse Moore, Seretha Moore, Telisa Moore, Shannon Moore, Olga Rolle, Janice Brown and husband, James Brown, and Alonda Hill and partner Lisa Kamper; uncles, Thomas Rolle, George Rolle, and Kenneth Rolle; special acknowledgement to her lifelong best friend, Matthew Jack- son; and dear friends, Rossanne Comrie-Riley and Twana Payton; she also leaves behind a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.
The visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. Friday, October 9th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33606.

MR. JALEN DEVON PURYEAR
Mr. Jalen DeVon Puryear of Tampa, passed away September 27, 2020. A Private Homegoing Celebration will be held.
Mr. Jalen Puryear was a na- tive and lifelong resident of Tampa. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was employed as a Cook at Keke’s Breakfast.
He was preceded in death by: Rosa Mae Laster, Rosa Loreen Burrow, Wanda Lemons, Sanders White, Michael Smith, Raymond Baker, Flora Mae Baker, and Carl Puryear, Sr.

MR. CHARLES WILLIAMS
Mr. Charles Williams, of Ruskin, FL, passed away on Satur- day, October 3, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted on Sat- urday, October 10, at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Pastor Darryl Williamson, officiating.

Mr. Charles Williams was born in Queens, NY, but grew up in Tampa, FL. He attended Alonso High School and was affiliated with Living Faith Bible Fellowship of Tampa.
Mr. Williams was a dedicated employee of Faithful Delivery Services for more than eight years.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his mother, Nikki Foster of Ruskin, FL; his father, Mark Fos- ter and stepmother, Amanda of Plant City, FL; his siblings include, Mark Foster, Jr., Anthony Foster, Macy Foster, Christopher Foster, Ashley Foster, David Foster, Der- rick Bonds, and Drew Bonds; his grandparents, Paul and Dolores Jefferson of Queens, NY; his un- cles and aunts, Larry and Danielle Foster, Ryan Tate, Darrius and Melissa Poindexter, and Clintoine Tate; and a huge extended family of great aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

         MR. S. MAIZE MONROE
Mr. S. Maize Monroe of Tampa passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020. Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Bible Based Fellowship Church, 4811 Ehrlich Road, Tampa, FL, 33624 with Pastor An- thony C. White, officiating. Inter- ment was at Mayberry Cemetery, Seffner.
Mr. S. Maize Monroe was born in Thonotosassa, Florida. He was one of six children born to William and Ernestine Monroe. He at- tended the Hillsborough County Public Schools and was a proud graduate of Howard W. Blake High School, Class of 1969.
He was a defensive tackle for the Blake Yellow Jackets and the FAMU Rattlers football teams. Maize furthered his education at Florida A&M University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Technol- ogy in 1973. He continued his edu- cation at the University of Florida and in 1975, received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Management.
He was a licensed Civil Engi- neer in Florida, Arizona and Ne- vada and was a member of the American Society of Civil Engi- neers.
Maize was the first Black Civil Engineer hired in 1995 for the Hillsborough County Public Works Department, where he managed various capital improve- ment projects (major roadways, stormwater, bridges and intersec- tions). Maize retired from Hills- borough County after 23 years as a Senior Professional Engineer.
He was an active and faithful member of Bible Based Fellowship Church, Carrollwood, where he served as an Usher and on the Fi- nance Committee.
Maize was a caring and com- passionate person. He enjoyed cooking and was a master chef/grillmaster.
He was preceded in death by: his parents.
He leaves to cherish wonderful and fond memories with: his lov- ing siblings: Chester Monroe, Dorothy D. Monroe, Harry L. Monroe, Mae Monroe McNeal and Johnny J. (Marlene) Monroe; nieces, Cerbrenda Barbour of Long Beach, California, Allyna Mc- Neal, Linda Everett, Dana McNeal of St. Paul, Minnesota, Pepe (Tani- kee) McNeal, Luelonda Monroe, Shelumiel Monroe, Crystal Mon- roe, Harriett Monroe and Rone- sha Monroe; special friends, Mathew (Eva) James and family; and a host of cousins, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
