ATTORNEYS HOST ‘LEARN YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS’ COMMUNITY WORKSHOP
The George Edgecomb Bar Association hosted a community workshop on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Entitled, “Learn Your Legal Rights,” the workshop was held at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 8:30 a. m. to 4:30 p. m. Those who attended the free event were able to gain information about such topics from personal injury to foreclosure/bankruptcy. Community sponsors of the event were the Hillsborough County Branch NAACP and Tampa Organization of Black Affairs (TOBA). At- torneys and judges who participated in the workshop were: seated, Travis Coy, Jhenerr Hines, Fentrice Driskell (President), Valenia Obi, Kamilah Perry (Past President), and Theresa Jean-Pierre Coy (President-Elect).
