MRS. GERALDINE HENDERSON JEFFERSON
Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Geraldine Henderson Jef- ferson who departed this life to be with her Heavenly Father on April 12, 2019, will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 11 a. m. at St. John Progressive Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 2504 E. Chipco, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Officiating. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, Florida at 2:30 p. m.
Geraldine was born in Ocala, Florida on October 5, 1940 to the parentage of Benny Henderson and Laura Burnett.
Mrs. Jefferson graduated from Middleton and attended Hillsborough Community Col- lege and graduated with an Asso- ciate Degree in Teaching. She was employed with the Hillsbor- ough County School System for over 35 years prior to her retir- ing.
Geraldine joined St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. F. G. Hilton. She loved the Lord and was a faithful servant.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Benny Hender- son and Laura Burnett; son, Nathaniel Thomas, Jr.; daugh- ters, Nadine Jackson and Car- lene Williams; aunts, Josephine Dawson and Pearlie Grant; and a host of other aunts and uncles.
Geraldine leaves precious memories with: her husband, Leslie Jefferson; children, Lawrence Thomas, Thornell Thomas, Veronica Thomas (John) Randall, Janelle Thomas (Rick) and Delores Jefferson; grandchildren, Carmika, Keyiara, Nikeya, Ka’Sklar, Tonya, Brittney, Keisha, Rod- neka, Rayiana, Ryneisha, Gileah, David, George, Michael, Derrick, Lawrence, Kendall, Aaron, Kameron, Marley; a host of great-grandchildren; brother, Alexander Henderson; aunts, Annie of Miami, Florida and Margie of Georgia; uncle, Man- nie of Ocala; a host of cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday April 19, 2019 from 5 p. m. -8 p. m. with the family pres- ent to receive friends from 5 – 6 p. m. in the chapel.

MRS. JANICE MILLER
Funeral Service for Mrs. Janice Yvonne Hamilton Miller, who went home to her Heavenly Father on April 12, 2019, will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 2 p. m. at Wil- son Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Janice Yvonne Hamil- ton Miller was born on Febru- ary 5, 1957 to Verda Lee Hamilton and Robert Lewis Hamilton. Janice attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and loved gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Reginald Miller; parents, Robert and Verda Hamilton; grandparents, Isaac B. and Queen Esther Woods; a sister, Andrea Hamil- ton; an uncle, Don A. Woods; and 2 cousins, Clifford Thomas and Tammy Thomas.
Mrs. Miller leaves to cher- ish memories of her with: two sons, Anthony Lovett and Antwuan Miller; goddaughter, Lashonda Cook; 6 grandchil- dren, Antaver Lovett, Anthony Lovett, Jr., Nina Brantley, Daija Alston, Achilleus Miller and Ke- marion Boyles; 1 great grand- child, Jyjai Alston; two sisters, Sylvia Woods Hayes (Waymon, III) and Rose Watson (James) of Tampa; four brothers, Nathan Hamilton (Pamela) of Killeen, TX, Ivan Hamilton of Universal City, TX, Brian Hamilton and Gary Hamilton (Ava) of Tampa; two aunts, Betty Thomas of Tampa and Rose Turner of Boston, MA; one great-aunt, Catherine Moye of Jacksonville, FL; fifteen nieces and nephews, Telecia, Trumaine, LaShonda, Jamilla, Lamont, Ivan, Jr., Sigournia, Nathan, Jr., Rachel, Brian, Jr., Brittany, Sheresa, Asia, Austin, and Aai; thirteen grand nieces and nephews; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends, including special friends, Patricia Williams, Roberta Jones, Dria Bell, Ricky Daniels and Linda Jones.

Ms. Reeves was preceded in death by: her parents, David Oscar Reeves and Rachel Hill Reeves; brothers, Benjamin Reeves, David Reeves, Lawrence Reeves and Nathaniel Reeves; sisters, Helen Donaldson, John- nie Mae Reeves and Doris Mar-
tin.She leaves to mourn her passing with: son, Oscar Reeves; daughters, Sylvia Johnson and Glenda Todd; grandchildren, An- thony Harris, Henry Johnson, Reginald Johnson and Nichol Singletary Johnson; a host of great-grandchildren; brother, Clarence Reeves; sisters, Alice Rodgers and Shirley McPherson; nephews and nieces, Donald Martin, Johnnie Mae Reeves, Rhonda Gilbert, Lawrence Rodgers and Francine Rodgers; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins a host other relatives and friends.
Ms. Reeves was born on July 29, 1932 to the parentage of David Oscar Reeves and Rachel Hill Reeves in Citrus, Florida. She was a member of New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Homegoing Service for Mrs. Paulette Yvonne “Hope” Wint, who passed on April 5, 2019, will be held on Saturday, April 20,2019at11a.m.,atNew Salem Primitive Baptist Church, 1605 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida, Pastor Ben- jamin Curry, with Bishop Michelle Patty, officiating, and Pastor Vernon Young, Sr. of Trinity and Faith Ministry, eulo- gist. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, 4406 E. Chelsea Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Paulette Yvonne Wint was a native of Aberdeen, Ja- maica (West Indies), born De- cember 5, 1953 to Mr. Horace Dwyer and Ms. Sylvia Salmon. Upon graduating from Home- wood Technical College, she married Sterlin Wint and worked as a Bank Teller and later was promoted to Bank Teller Supervisor.
In the 1980s, she migrated to Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. She then obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant license and worked for many years in this profession. She later married her second hus- band, Albert Humphrey.
Mrs. Paulette gave her life to the Lord and was called to the ministry in the gift of prophecy and spreading the gospel of Christ. She also did missionary work in assisting the people of Haiti. While in Fort Lauderdale, Florida she was a member of The Faith Center and assisted with sewing the costumes for the children’s dance ministry.
In 2011, she moved to Tampa, to be closer to her im- mediate family. She also became a praying member of Trinity and Faith Ministry.
Mrs. Paulette loved to sew, cook, watch sports and political affairs, travel, dance, garden and enjoyed being around peo- ple.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. Horace Dwyer and Ms. Sylvia Salmon.
Mrs. Wint leaves to cherish memories of her with love ones: husband, Albert Humphrey, Sr.; daughters, Romaine (Vernon, Sr.) Young and Altenika Humphrey (Dominique Goggin, Sr.); grandson, Dominique Gog- gin, Jr; sisters, Sonia (Joseph) Gordon and Hyacinth Dwyer; brothers, Evans (Erna) Francis and Weston Ellis; aunt, Keral (Allen) Ferguson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and additional family members abroad (Canada, Florida, Ja- maica, New York and New Jer- sey) and special friends from Georgia, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Pennsylvania.
There will be a viewing on Friday April 19, 2019, at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 5 – 8p.m.
