SiriusXM Radio Suspends David Beck’s Show Due To Trump Talk
According to Politico.com, lawyers for former Hillary Clinton aide, Atty. Cheryl Mills, the State Department, and a conservative group tangled repeatedly on last Friday as Mills testified at a contentious deposi- tion in a lawsuit relating to Clin- ton's use of a private email account and server during her tenure as secretary of state, a transcript of the session shows.
The testimony illustrated the complexity of getting to the bot- tom of the email mess as Mills' attorney, Beth Wilkinson, ob- jected to a variety of questions that she said intruded on Clin- ton's attorney-client privilege by asking about Mills work for Clinton as a private lawyer after serving for nearly four years as Clinton's chief of staff at the State Department.
Wilkinson and a State De- partment lawyer also objected that many of the questions asked by an attorney for Judicial Watch went beyond the areas permitted by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, who author- ized fact-finding highly unusual in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.
Satellite radio company Sir- iusXM has suspended Glenn Beck's syndicated show this week and is "evaluating" the program's place over com- ments made last week by one of Beck's guests.
Last week, fiction writer Brad Thor appeared on Beck's program and suggested presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is a danger to America and that cit- izens would have to take means that may not be legal in order to get Trump out of office. Beck did not immediately ad- monish or distance himself

President Obama Makes His Last Memorial Day Speech As President
ATTORNEY CHERYL MILLER
The President lays a wreath at the Arlington Cemetery.
President Obama honored the nation’s fallen service mem- bers by calling for true remem- brance of their sacrifices – through actions and deeds – in his final Memorial Day address at Arlington Cemetery.
“The Americans who rest here and their families, the best of us, those from whom we asked everything ask of us today only one thing in return, that we re- member them,” the president said of the fallen in an address that followed a wreath-laying ceremony at the Virginia ceme- tery’s Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
True remembrance, the pres- ident said, means supporting the families who lost their loved ones and living a life that em- bodies the values for which the fallen sacrificed their lives.
“Truly honoring these fallen Americans means being there for spouses and their children,” the President said.
The President also said “we have to do better” in true re- membrance of the sacrifices made by the veterans still among us by ensuring they are supported in accessing good health care and jobs upon their return home.
“Truly remembering means that after our fallen heroes gave everything to get their battle buddies home we have to make sure our veterans get everything that they have earned from good health care to a good job,” he said. “And we have to do bet- ter, our work is never done. We have to be there not only when
we need them but when they need us.”
And in a reminder that the United States remains a nation engaged in active fighting, the president paused to acknowl- edge the 20 Americans who have given their lives in Afghanistan since last year’s Memorial Day, as well as three in Iraq in the fight against ISIS.
In an emotional moment, President Obama told the story of Master Sgt. Josh Wheeler, who died in Iraq, and whose wife, Ashley, was present at Arlington Ceremony along with their 10-month-old son, David. The audience of- fered an extended applause as the president paused in recog- nition of the Wheeler family.
“Today this husband and fa- ther rests here at Arlington in Section 60, and as Americans, we resolve to be better, better people, better citizens because of Master Sgt. Joshua Wheeler,” the President said.
Prior to his visit to Arlington this morning, the President hosted a breakfast honoring military service organizations at the White House.
At least 1.2 million people have died fighting for America during its wars dating back 241 years, according to Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs data.
Most died in battle, while many others never landed abroad, but are no less honored on this Memorial Day.
