MOBILITY FEE HEARING OFFICER
The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners on April 26, 2016, adopted the Hillsborough County Mobility Fee Program Ordinance (Chapter 40, Article III, County Code of Ordinances, Part A), which provides for the appointment of one or more Mobility Fee Hearing Officers to conduct hearings and render decisions regarding appeals under the Ordinance. Applicants must be Florida-licensed attorneys with at least five years of professional experience. Hearing Officers shall not hold appointive or elective office or a position in government during his or her term as a Hearing Officer. This is a personal services contract not to exceed $75,000 per year. Please forward resume clearly documenting above qualifications to: Adam Gormly, Director, Development Services Department, P.O.
