Wild Bill Gets Away
hanks to a deadlocked jury, that led to a mis- trial, iconic comedian
Bill Cosby isn't going to prison for rape anytime soon. I can only imagine that this outcome garnered a huge sigh of relief from the popular entertainer, his fam- ily and the fans who sup- ported him throughout his ordeal.
Unfortunately, the reprieve doesn't necessarily mean that Cosby's life will return back to normal. Needless to say, it's going to be kind of hard for him to live down the image he created for himself as the dirty-old-man who, by his own admission, gave women pills to relax before engaging in sexual acts with their inebriated bodies.
Maybe if he were someone like Rick James (R.I.P. to the original superfreak), R. Kelly, Charlie Sheen or our current president, indi- viduals who are or were no-
toriously known for their bad behavior, he could simply re- sume his daily operations while society accepted the situation as just another case of his seediness finally catch- ing up with him.
The problem is that being a slime ball was never a part of his claim to fame. To the contrary, he was “The Cos,” the man who spent the last 40 years scolding the rest of us (particularly Black folks) about how awful we were liv- ing.
Returning the shine to his halo, after allowing it to fall into a pile of poop created by his high horse, is going to take a lot of work. And, at 80, I don't know if he has enough energy or time remaining on his clock to repair the exten- sive damage he's done to his once pristine reputation.
For Cosby, not going to prison (a place in which he probably wouldn't have sur- vived more than a year in his
condition) is, more than likely, as good as it's going to get for him going forward considering the circum- stances. At least now, though, he has a chance to spend the remainder of his existence in a comfortable setting surrounded by those who love him.
I don't think it's a stretch to assume that this wasn't the way Cosby wanted his legacy to play out. But, like many of us who've made hor- rible mistakes, having your name tarnished is one of the consequences that come with very poor decision making.
All things considered, as I see it, Mr. "Jell-O Pudding Pop" actually came out ok. He didn't go to jail. His wife didn't leave him. And, as of right now, he's still in posses- sion of his vast fortune.
You can almost make the argument that he got away clean. It's just too bad that he had to learn the hard way, and so late in his life, that it's impossible for darkness to cover all of your shameful deeds when everyone has ac- cess to a flashlight.

The Congressional
Baseball Shooting: Liberal-Left Or Lunatic?
V irtually minutes after the deed was done, the perpetra-
tor was described, not as an obvious lunatic with criminal tenden- cies, but as a Left-lean- ing liberal. Prisoners of political double-speak, may perhaps ask, “what’s the difference?” So, let us start here, asking whether or not it mattered that James T. Hodgkinson was a card- carrying/Democrat anti-Trumpite.
What matters is, this man took it upon him- self to use an assault rifle to wound five men and women.
However, when the news hit the press, what was reported was that a Liberal-Leftist, who was a morbid anti-Trump activist had wounded a member of the Conser- vative Republican Con- gress....amemberof that group which had seen fit to roll back Af- fordable Health-Care, had stood behind Presi- dent Trump to pull
America out of the Paris Accord and participated in a slew of other back- tracks that critics cried was un-American.
Thus what happened, last week was not done by a madman, but in- stead was committed by a passionate, liberal po- litical dissident.
Yet, what’s the harm of exaggeration? Ask millions who perished during World War I due to the mistaken belief that the death of Aus- trian Arch-Duke Ferdi- nand was not done by an insane teenager, but by a left-leaning terror- ist. Ask the millions of Jews who perished dur- ing World War II due to Hitler’s false-fact which accused a young Jew of torching the German Parliament building.
Then fast forward to the possibility that an autocratic American President might use the actions of a lunatic to declare martial law, and you will understand our concern.
School Is Never Out
Empowered Greetings. It’s summer vacation for the kids and although school is out, in all actuality SCHOOL IS NEVER OUT! School is never out for the in- dividual that wants to see change in their life. Every day is a day of learning, so school is never out. Every day is a day to expand your mind and your thought processes, therefore, school is never out.
Every day is a day to broaden your horizons, hence forth, school is never out. Every day is a day to read something new. If you keep on learning there’s opportu- nity to keep on earning more and more and more above and beyond what you could imagine, so consequently, never let school be out for you.
Here are a few ways you can benefit when school is never
out for you.
The more you know, the
more you grow. The more you grow the more suscepti- ble you become to adapting to change. Those who can ad- just to change in work envi- ronments, family environments, social envi- ronments or any other envi- ronment enhance their ability to succeed in the weakest or strongest environ- ment or economy.
Perfect your performance. It’s in the details. Learning as much as possible about what you don’t know helps you to perfect what you do know. Perfecting your skills and your knowledge base posi- tions you to operate with peak performance. When you have high performance, you position yourself to become in high demand. Organiza- tions pay the best to recruit
the best because they want to be the best and you should too. So always work to be the best at what you do.
Intellect, Innovations and Increase. These three go hand in hand. Increasing your intellect increases your analytical perspective and cognitive development to create innovative solutions to problems. When you solve other people’s problem they will pay you for their peace and the productivity you bring to their life.
School is never out for those that want to continu- ously develop in awareness of themselves, their abilities, their higher level of con- sciousness and being, their skills, talents, potential, earning power and quality of life.
