MOTHER PAULINE JONES GREEN
Homegoing services for Mother Pauline Jones Green, who passed away on January 12, 2016, will be held Satur- day, January 23, 2016, at 11 a. m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1203 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, 33602, with Father Hugh Chikawe, pastor, officiating. Interment will be made in Bushnell, FL.
Mother Pauline J. Green was born in Kansas City, Mis- souri on September 7. 1929. She was a homemaker, which allowed her to feed many peo- ple within the neighborhood. She was affectionately known as ‘Grandma’.
Mrs. Green was a Life-Time Elk, and the first Queen of Bay City Elks Lodge #158.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Lee Ellis Green; parents, Randall and Eva Jones; and children, Rod- ney, Tyronne, Faye and Randall.
Mother Green leaves to re- joice her memories: her chil- dren, Arthur Green (Patricia), Lee H. Green, Michael Green, Paulette Reed (Michael), and Michelle Green; grandchildren, Yolanda, Denise, Crystal, LaKesha, Kimberly, Krystal, Kai’Lee, Monique, Ronisha, Victoria, Precious, Celeste, Melissa, Calvin, Daryl, Ben, Krysten, Randall, Jr., Michael, Marcus, Anthony, Lorenzo, Milton and Jermey; 50 great grandchildren; sis- ters-in-law, Imagene Richard- son and Louise Green (GA); and a host of sorrowing rela- tives and friends.

DEACON SYLVESTER MOTEN, JR.
Homegoing services for Deacon Sylvester Moten, Jr., who passed away on January 4, 2016, will be held Saturday January 23, 2016, at 2 p. m. at NorthSide M. B. Church, 5707 N. 40th Street, Reverend Ri- cardo Robinson, pastor, with Rev. Dr. Florence Parra, offi- ciating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
Sylvester Moten, Jr. was born on April 15, 1934. He was employed at Winn-Dixie Warehouse for over 40 years and retired in 1996. He was or- dained a Deacon on December 31, 1978 and served with New Philadelphia Baptist Church and Victory Tabernacle Baptist Church. At his death, he was a member of By The Grace of God Church, under Rev. Dr. Florence Parra.
He was a local gospel singer in the 50s and 60s.
He was preceded in death by: former wife, Willie Mae Moten; and step-children, An- drew Jackson, Joyce Poole and Alieane Cooper; grand- son, Milo Cooper; a brother, Charles Moten; and 2 sisters, Mary Alice Moten Davis and Inez Moten.
He is survived by: his wife, Rev. Sharon Moten; daughter, Vetta Moten (Cecil Erwin); 2 step-sons, Johnny Murray and George Watkins; 2 brothers, James Moten (Cora), and Rufus Moten (Sylvia); 5 sis- ters, Sally Crawford (James), Aretha Kelly (Felix), Vera Goldwire (Harry), Vivian Hunt and Elizabeth Maxwell; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
The wake for Deacon Sylvester Moten, Jr. will be held Friday evening from 6-8 p. m. at NorthSide M. B. Church, 5706 N. 40th St., Tampa, 33610. The family will receive friends at 7 p. m. The processional at the church will assemble at 1:45 p. m.

MR. JAMES M. SMITH, SR.
Funeral services in loving memory of Mr. James Maxwell Smith, Sr., who passed away on January 18, 2016, will be held Saturday, January 23, 2016, at 1 p. m., at St. Mark M. B. Church, 7221 Sherrill Street (Port of Tampa), Tampa, 33616, with the pastor Corrieggio Reaves, officiating. Interment will be made in Clover Leaf Memo- rial Park, Woodridge, New Jersey.
James joined and was bap- tized at Galilee Baptist Church, Comer, AL, at an early age. He was a faithful member of Saint Mark Bap- tist Church Tampa, and was a member of the men’s chorus.
James relocated to Tampa, in the early 1960s and was employed many years for Phillips 66 before retiring in 1996.
He leaves to cherish his memory: all of his children, 3 from his first marriage, Lynda Smith of Somerset, NJ, James, Jr. (Shirley) of Phillipsburg, NJ, Lillian Tarver (Amos) of Midway, AL, and their mother, Elizabeth Person, and 6 from his sec- ond marriage, Sharon Smith, Michael Smith, Sr. (Karen), Dennis Smith, Steven Smith (Yolanda), Anthony Smith and Lisa Smith, and their mother, Elizabeth Streeter; sisters, Marion McKinney, Gail Hardaway, Mary Pugh, Jacquelyn Smith, Ruth Ann McGowan, Patricia Duncan, Sharon Ray (Eugene), and Michelle Smith; a brother, Abner Smith, Jr. (Patricia); grandchildren, great grand- children, aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

MR. REGINALD L. SAILOR, SR.
Homegoing services for Mr. Reginald Lindsey Sailor, Sr., who passed away on Jan- uary 12, 2016, will be held Sat- urday, January 23, 2016, at 11 a. m. at Heaven Destiny Church AOG, 4101 E. Ellicott Street, with Pastor Tom Jones, officiating. Interment will be private.
Reginald Lindsey Sailor, Sr., was a family man, accom- plished traveler, and avid fan of food and sports.
He was a faithful member of Heaven’s Destiny Church AOG, under the pastorship of Reverend Tom Jones.
“Big Reggie,” as he was fondly called, was born in Tampa. He was a graduate of Blake High School (c/o 1969).
Reginald and Emma mar- ried in August 1971. Emma was called home in October 2012.
He was preceded in death by: Betty Bass, Earnest Bass and Willie Bass.
Reginald is survived by: four children, Regina Sailor, Reginald Lindsey Sailor, Jr. (“Lil Reggie”), Walter Sailor, Sr., and Keevin Williams; 9 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Eddie Bass, Robert Williams and Ricky Sailor, Sr.; 2 sis- ters, Patricia Sailor (Sister), and Cynthia; and a host of sorrowing relatives and friends.
Visitation for Reginald Sailor, Sr. will be held Friday evening from 6-8 p. m. at the church. The family will re- ceive friends at 7 p. m. The processional at the church will assemble at 10:45 a. m.

MRS. ROSETTA STONE
Mrs. Rosetta Stone, the wife of pioneer family funeral director Edward W. Stone, Jr., passed.
A private funeral viewing for Mrs. Stone will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Stone’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 5016 N. 22nd Street.
A private committal will follow at 1 p.m. at the Florida National Cemetery in Bush- nell, FL.

MRS. RUTH NAOMI LILLIEWOOD
Mrs. Ruth Lilliewood tran- sitioned December 20, 2015.
Mrs. Lilliewood was born October 20, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York to the late George and Millie Williams. She was united in holy matrimony to the late Luther C. Lilliewood, Jr. and to this union there were three children.
The Lilliewoods relocated to Florida until his demise and Mrs. Lilliewood returned to New York to be with her children. In 2012 her son re- turned to Kissimmee, FL, along with Mrs. Lilliewood, where she remained until her untimely death.
Mrs. Lilliewood was a member of Allen Temple A. M. E. Church, however she was baptized by Rev. John Giles of True Faith Inspira- tional Baptist Church, be- cause she wanted to be baptized.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Luther C. Lilliewood, Jr.; her parents, and her siblings.
She leaves to cherish fond memories: 1 son, 2 daughters, grandchildren, great grand- children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and details will be communicated per family request.
