Scenes From Arthenia L. Joyner University Area Community Library Dedication
On Monday, March 26, 2018, the community gathered for the ribbon cutting and dedication of the Arthenia L. Joyner University Area Community Library. Atty. Joyner was joined by family members, elected officials, government officials and many friends.
