Former President Obama Planning To Do Jury Duty
On Monday morning, Donald Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, and Rick Gates, a former business associate, were ordered to surrender to federal authorities.
According to a source close to the Russia investigation, Manafort and Gates are the first to be charged in relation to the investigation, though it is not immediately clear what charges they are facing.
Manafort has been under investigation for violating federal tax law as well as for money laundering and for possible failure to disclose his foreign lobbying activities.
According to the New York Times, Gates has also long been connected to Man- afort’s business dealings, and his name appears on doc- uments that link Manafort to a firm set up in Cyprus. The firm in Cyprus reportedly re- ceived payments from people in Eastern Europe.
The indictments are the first indication of an escala- tion in the investigation, which is probing the 2016
presidential election.
The investigation is look-
ing into the matter of Russ- ian interference with the United States election, not only in how Russia was able to influence the outcome, but in who they used.
Many on Trump’s cam- paign staff have been ac- cused of colluding with the foreign government in order to win the election.
Less than two hours after President Trump's former campaign manager was in- dicted Monday, the Trump re-election campaign de- cided to send out a fundrais- ing email.
The email, entitled "Still Standing" and from presi- dential son Eric Trump, describes the the "opposition" to the adminis- tration.
The mainstream media continues to play politics, creating division and turning the American people against one another," the email reads. "But as a loyal sup- porter of our movement, I know you know the truth."
A former contestant on "The Apprentice" who ac- cuses President Donald Trump of past sexual mis- conduct has filed a subpoena for "all documents concern- ing any woman who asserted that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately," it was revealed.
The documents name Trump's campaign organi- zation and any applicable "di- rectors, officers, partners, shareholders, managers, at- torneys, employees, agents and representatives" as sub- jects.
Only a few weeks before the 2016 election, former “Apprentice” contestant Summer Zervos alleged that Trump had tried to kiss and touch her inappropri- ately without her consent at the Beverly Hills Hotel in 2007.

Attorney Moving Forward Against President Trump In Alleged Sexual Misconduct Suit
ically names at least 10 women and requests docu- mentation associated with them "or any woman alleging that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately."
Trump has flatly denied the allegations, calling them “lies, lies, lies,” which led Zervos to sue him for defamation. His lawyer tried to have Zervos’ defamation
lawsuit dismissed in July, claiming that presidents can- not face civil lawsuits while in office.
Allred said Trump must reply to their filed opposition of his motion to dismiss by Tuesday, Oct 31. The court will schedule a hearing once he files his reply, which means there is no hearing date yet.
MLB Player Bruce Maxwell Refused Service At Alabama Restaurant By Trump Voter
Oakland Athletics rookie catcher Bruce Maxwell be- came the first MLB player to take a knee during the Na- tional Anthem. But when he returned back home in Ala- bama, he experienced first- hand just how much the locals disapproved of the move.
Maxwell, 26, said that when he and a friend from high school who is now a city councilman, hit up a restau- rant in Harvest, Ala., a waiter refused to serve him because of his decision to take a knee in protest of racial inequality and Donald Trump calling kneeling NFL players “sons of b*&ches.”
Maxwell described the encounter with the waiter, “He was like, ‘You’re the guy who took the knee? I voted for Trump and I stand for everything he stands for.’”
Bruce Maxwell was the first major league baseball player to take a knee after Donald Trump called athletes who kneeled ‘sons of bi*&hes”.
Maxwell comes from a military family and when he took a knee, he also put his hand over his heart. He told Yahoo Sports’ Jeff Passan: “This is beyond race. This is about our president speaking out in a vulgar, negative way
against people exercising their rights in a peaceful manner. It’s about mankind.”
After the waiter refused to serve Maxwell and his friend, they asked the man- ager of the restaurant for a different server and got one.
