MS. CASSANDRA M. McDONALD
A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Cassandra M. McDonald, who passed away on October 20, 2022, will be held on Saturday, Oc- tober 29, 2022, at 10:00 a. m., at Exciting Faith Alive, 5705 E. 32nd Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33619, with Pastor Dr. Antonio R. Hawkins, Eulogist and Dr. Patricia Houser of New Direction Ministry, Officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610.
Ms. Cassandra M. McDonald was born on December 8, 1973 in Tampa, Florida to Robert Davis and Catherine Davis (Bryant). Ms. Cassandra was converted and re- ceived Christ at an early age. Ms. McDonald graduated from Bloom- ingdale High School. She also at- tended Hillsborough Community College. She was an employee with Progressive Casualty Ins. She en- joyed reading, listening to music, reading and writing celebrity blogs.
Ms. Cassandra McDonald was preceded in death by: her grand- parents, Arthur and Virginia Grif- fin, Joseph and Emma Lee Davis; uncles, Leroy Davis, Robert White, Curtis Griffin; and aunts, Vera M. Kendrick, Alice M. Conley and Addie R. Sheffield.
Cassandra leaves precious memories with: her parents, Robert Davis and Catherine (Elder Lee Bryant) Bryant; brothers, Robert Davis, Jr., Eddie (Shon- quisha) Engram, III; sisters, Qon- ice Henderson and Iris N. Cannon; aunts, Mary Pearson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

MS. BARBARA EVANS-GORDON
A Homegoing Celebration serv- ice for Ms. Barbara Evans-Gordon, who passed on October 22, 2022, will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 2:00 p. m. at New Bethel Progressive M. B. Church, 2914 E. North Bay Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Reginal T. Webb, Offici- ating.
Barbara Evans-Gordon was born on July 23rd, 1942 to Katie and Willie Jack Evans in Valdosta, GA, where she attended Lowndes County schools. At the age of 19 she moved to Tampa, FL with her first husband, Roosevelt Daniels. She served for 27 years as a Teacher’s Aide for special needs students in the Hillsborough County Public School System where she met her second husband, Roscoe Gordon and eventually retired.
Barbara was a faithful member of New Bethel P. M. B. Church, where she served the Lord as a Sun- day School Teacher, sang in the choir, and worked with the youth ministry.
The third youngest of twelve sib- lings Barbara was known for her love of God and church, slick style, sharp wit, being the life of the party, spoiling her loved ones, and offering her heart sincerely to many as an ex- tended mother and grandmother. She was a creative and free spirit person who expressed herself through art, acting, writing, and crafting.
Barbara was preceded in death by: her mother and father, Katie and Willie Jack Evans; son, Anthony Evans; sisters, Doris Lee Evans, Annie Elizabeth Evans (Squeaky), Ethel Lewis, Annie Laura; niece, Gail Evans; brothers, Doug, Clarence, Herbert, Willie and her great-grand- daughter, Zaira Exantus.
Barbara leaves behind to cher- ish memories of her with: her loving daughters, Tammy Daniels-Roberts (husband, Zachary Roberts), Keterri Daniels, Cheryl Jennings (ex-hus- band, Milton Jennings); one son, Danny Daniels; grandchildren, Ciara Exantus (husband, Wilson Ex- antus), Chavon Jennings, Whitney Jennings, Arian Daniels, Joshua Johnson, Gavin Peterson, Evan Jen- nings, Alexandria Scott (Partner, Allen Wilson), Carmietta Hart (Part- ner, Alex Davis), Michael Warren, and Noah Washington; great grand- children, Meckenzi Jackson, Farrah Exantus, Carter Davis, Erica Exan- tus, Remi Jennings, Sarynity, Kingston Peterson, Navi Davis, Nyla Jennings, and Cainon Jennings; one brother, Frank Evans and sister, Roberta Williams; two god-daugh- ters, Shiona Blake and Quandis Wells and other relatives and friends.

SISTER DEBORAH LEWIS
Homegoing Celebration for Sis- ter Deborah Lewis, who passed away on October 14, 2022, will be held on Saturday October 29, 2022, at 11:00 a. m. at St. John Progressive Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 2504 Chipco Street, Tampa, Florida, Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Pastor with Minister Nate King, Officiating and Pastor Jermaine Canty, Eulogist. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610.
Deborah Lewis was born on Au- gust 19, 1960 in Albany, GA. to the late Eddie “Chick” Ferguson and De- loris Harvey. She later moved to Florida where she gained employ- ment at Department of Children and Families for over 20 years. While employed there she touched and changed lives and gained so many friends and family.
However, Deborah’s passion was working with the youth. Debo- rah Lewis was a member of Deliver- ance Church of the Body of Christ under the leadership of Bishop George Bailey. There she took on the task of becoming the Youth Choir Di- rector. One of her greatest loves was spending time with the youth, singing, laughing and teaching Godly life lessons. She was easy to talk to with a giving and caring heart and always ready to help where needed. Most of all, Deborah loved spending time with her children and family whom she loved dearly. She loved planning family gatherings, whether you wanted to go or not, she would put you down to go and bring something. She believed in keeping the family together and close.
Sister Deborah Lewis was pre- ceded in death by: her parents, mother, Deloris Harvey and Eddie “Chick” Ferguson, and her sister, Gwendolyn Renee Harvey.
She leaves to cherish memories of her with: her 7 children, Khayree R. Simpson, Sr., Eboni Q. Johnson, Alden B. Lewis, Jr., Donnell R. Lewis, Zain D. Lewis, Sr., Kenya V. Lewis and Bryce Harvey; 14 grand- children, Khiara Simpson, Khayree Simpson, Jr., Quevon Richardson, Antwonisha Lewis, Keisha Holifield, Zain Lewis, Jr., Mia Robinson, Yanelis Guadalupe, Zamirah Lewis, Zamiere Lewis, Kristopher Lewis, Jayceon Guadalupe, K’mahya Ho- lifield and Eligh Merrell; siblings, Elvis Simpson, Joyce Simpson, Danny Harvey, Sr., Albert Harvey; nieces and nephews; 1 god daughter, La Feka Green; a host of friends and loved ones, including Mother E. Austin, Mother Beverly Cooper, Mother Rose Bailey and Mother Nel- lie Burney.

Ms. Linda Diane Anderson Mitchell’s journey began on July 30, 1951 in Tampa, Florida. She was the first born of three to Ruben Anderson, Sr. and Alfreta Aldridge Anderson. Linda com- pleted her education in Tampa, Florida, attending Carver Ele- mentary, Ernest E. Just Junior High and Howard W. Blake High School. After graduating from Blake High School in 1969, Linda continued her education at the University of South Florida and graduated in 1973.
Ms. Mitchell leaves to cherish memories of her with: sister, Aleatha Smith (Greg) Tampa, Florida; great nieces; close friends and other relatives and friends.
