Jennifer Hudson got no
love from Tony nominators for her work in “The Color Purple” — and then the Oscar-winning star took to social media to re- spond. In a later-deleted tweet, she said: "my presence was used for my celebrity, not my talent. I’m not surprised.” She added, “thank u anyway.”
Later, Hudson tweeted her support to Cynthia Erivo and Danielle Brooks, who did earn nods for the show.

It’s no secret that Beyonce lives a healthy lifestyle. She announced a 22-day vegan meal plan a year ago, and now in 2016, the Lemonade artist is setting her sights on the fitness beverage industry.
The “All Night” singer teamed up with WTRMLN WTR, a company that boasts the mission of educating con- sumers about nutritional facts with every sip to help promote life-altering eating decisions, and spread the importance of living a fit life with those in need across the globe.
“I invested in WTRMLN WTR because it’s the future of clean, natural hydration; as partners, we share a simple mission to deliver accessible wellness to the world,” Bey- once said in a press release. “

It sounded like a good idea at the time — but that was before the sexual abuse allegations.
Cornell University announced in March that it would house Afrika Bambaataa’s massive vinyl collection to make the records available to researchers and students. But the Ivy League school is now under fire for its relationship with the hip- hop pioneer after several men accused him of sexual abuse.
“If Cornell accepts anything from Bambaataa, that’s like it is telling the world it supports child molesters,” says Ronald Savage, a former music indus- try executive and Bronx Demo- cratic Party activist. Savage is one of four men who told the Daily News they were sexually abused by the music icon when they were teens.
Meanwhile, radio DJ Troi (Star) Torain started a Change.org petition this week that asks Cornell to sever its ties to Bambaataa until the allega- tions made by Savage and the other men are resolved.
A source is confirming to En- tertainment Tonight that the rumors are true – Janet Jackson is pregnant, just days before her 50th birthday on May 16.
The singer announced last month that she was postpon- ing her tour to start a family with husband, Wissam Al Mana.
“We’re in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change,” Jack- son explained in a video posted to Twitter on April 6. “I thought it was important that you be the first to know.
R&B/Pop superstar Bey- oncé adds another major ca- reer milestone to her résumé. The Houston bred singer is now the first female artist to chart 12 or more songs onBill- board‘s Hot 100 at the same time.
The publication revealed Bey accomplished the feat this week when all 12 of her songs from Lemonade earned a spot on the tally. She surpassed Taylor Swift’s 11 tracks on the Hot 100 when 2010’s Speak Now was released. The overall record holder is Justin
