Henry Ford

Henry Ford is a role model chose by a social group around the world for some
reasons. First he was a successful man. He did not invent the vehicles mobile, but he

improved it. He became a rich person. Second, Henry Ford was a perseverant and good
worker. He focused on improving the work of a car. For example, cars before were slow and

it needed more gas. These are the two reasons, which I consider that Henry Ford as a role

model by a social group or culture.

Henry Ford is a role model chose by a social group around the world for some reasons.

First, he was a successful man. In spite of that, he did not invent the automobile, he improved

it. This became him in a rich person because many people purchased a Ford car during that
age. Second, Henry Ford was perseverant. He worked very hard trying to finish his

masterpiece. Also, he focused on improving the efficiency of cars. For example, the cars of
that age were very slow and Ford wanted to change that by creating faster car. In sum, Henry

Ford motivated to other men around the word as Mr. Toyoda to follow their dreams. For
these reasons I considered Henry Ford as a role model.
