        Moved to Murder

        A Vivien Brandt Mystery

        Gianetta Murray

        KEY SELLING POINTS
A humorous, cosy mystery set in South Yorkshire.
Features a forty-something female American expat (and her cat) trying to adjust to English life while also
          solving a murder mystery.
Crime, comedy, and pathos combined with librarian trivia and interior design.

Vivien Brandt (editor, librarian, and future interior designer extraordinaire) adores all things British. So when she
moves from California to live with her gorgeous new English husband in a small Yorkshire village, she doesn’t
foresee any problems beyond remembering French fries are now called chips.

But as she meets the locals—including the vicar, a charismatic MP, and a pair of troubled teenagers—she finds
herself tripping over cultural differences. Oh, and a body.

Now she must work with her neighbor Hayley and a somewhat mistrustful police inspector to uncover the
village’s secrets and find a killer. Preferably, before the killer finds her.

Because it seems when the chips (crisps?) are down, the only common language between America and
        Britain…is murder.

Gianetta Murray has worked as a technical writer and librarian for over 40 years in the US and the UK. She
grew up in California and moved to South Yorkshire in 2005 after marrying a Brit. Murray enjoys Hollywood
musicals, touring stately homes, and playing the ukulele. She is owned by two cats.
