Reaching out to others and accepting support is often difficult particularly when you you hurt so much But the most compassionate self-action you you can do during this difficult time is is to find a a a a a a a a support system of caring friends and and relatives who will provide the understanding you you need Find those people who encourage you you you you to be yourself and and acknowledge your your feelings - both happy and and sad MAKE USE OF RITUAL
