Surrogate’s Office Open on Tuesday Evenings
The Middlesex County Surrogate’s Office is open every Tuesday evening until 6:30 PM in the New Brunswick office
Fax or Mail Information Sheet
To expedite the probate process, you can mail/fax a copy of the Will, Death Certificate and completed information sheet. This will reduce the time to probate from 20 to 30 minutes to 5 to 10 minutes. An information sheet is on the next page.
