  2016 till 2018 – Yiaco Medical Company as a Fleet Officer
                      Fleet Officer is responsible for selecting the right vehicles and maintaining them in good
                     operating condition so that the company can meet its distribution objectives efficiently and
                     cost-effectively. Consider operational experience in logistics and vehicle maintenance and use
                     fleet management software to track and monitor the various aspects of fleet and driver
                     operations.

               Managing a team up to 24 employees within the fleet.

               Fleet Officer is responsible for registering and licensing each vehicle and ensuring that licenses are always
                 up to date. They maintain vehicle service and inspection records to ensure compliance with manufacturers'

                 servicing  schedules  or  leasing  companies’  maintenance  requirements.  Fleet  Officer  must  also  maintain
                 records to demonstrate that their fleet operations comply with Ministry laws and the requirements of the

                 Kuwait Ministry of Transportation.
               To  maintain  vehicles  in  peak  operating  condition,  fleet  Officer  set  up  scheduling  programs.  They  may

                 manage an internal parts and service department, or they may appoint an independent service center and
                 parts supplier to handle the work.

               To minimize downtime, Fleet Officer negotiates strict servicing time limits and negotiates priority repair

                 schedules with service centers. Regular servicing ensures that vehicles are available for the maximum period
                 to earn revenue and maintain customer delivery schedules. It also helps to reduce costs through greater fuel
                 efficiency.

               Fleet Officer use GPS systems to track vehicle locations and improve traceability in the event of a vehicle

                 theft.  GPS systems  enable  Fleet  Officer  to monitor  vehicle  progress  and  take remedial  action  in  case  of
                 serious delays to scheduled deliveries.

               Fleet Officer Use fleet management system to automate the collection and recording of data that enables
                 them to monitor vehicle performance and costs. Fleet Officer can analyze the data to identify patterns and

                 take  remedial  action  to  reduce  costs  by  automating  the  production  of  drivers’  time  sheets  and  records
                 required for compliance.

               Fleet  Officer  is  responsible  for  informing  all  Drivers  if  there  are  any  changes  or  improvement  in  the
                 Department and update delivery team so they will have knowledge on what is currently going on.

               Fleet Officer is responsible for hiring outsourced vehicles needed to maintain customer delivery schedules.

               Fleet Officer is responsible Vehicles undergo repair and maintenance & Collecting Cash/Cheque from the
                 delivery drivers.

                 Distribution logistical operations:
                 -Handling the operation of distributing & shipping the orders to the costumer thru different mode of ship
                 (loading containers –building air pallets –dealing with different couriers) logistically.
                 -Handling & preparing the tenders reports & offers.

                 Warehousing & inbound logistical operations:
                 -Handling the warehouse operation of receiving & storing the materials in a logistical storage to sustain the
                 standard of quality &to have better space management system
