Step 1 ENTRY GRADING Recall or create that feeling of anxiety around the issue and grade it (1 - 10).
Step 2 THE SET-UP PHRASE
While continuously Tapping on the Karate Chop Point (KC),
Repeat this phrase 3 times:
“Even though I have/am _____________, I deeply & completely love and accept myself.”

Step 3 THE SEQUENCE
While tapping about (5x) on each of the (14 points), Express aloud the exaggerated* anxiety of the event,
ending each sentence with...
“and I deeply and completely love & accept myself.”
ie. ( Every time I think about flying, I get such crazy anxiety, my heart actually jumps right out of my chest!”)
