HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY & END PANIC ATTACKS
Step 4 THE 10 GAMUT Perform these 10 actions while
continuously tapping the Gamut Point.
Eyes Closed.
Eyes open.
Head steady,
eyes hard down to RIGHT.
Head steady,
eyes hard down to LEFT.
Roll eyes in complete circle.
Roll eyes in a complete circle in the opposite direction.
Sing the 1st verse of Happy Birthday.
Count from 5 back to 1.
Sing the 1st verse of Happy Birthday, again.
Place your hands on the top of your thighs & take
3 very slow deep breathes.
Step 8 CELEBRATE

Step 5
If the anxiety is below 3, then take a
EXIT GRADING Grade the Anxiety (1-10)
moment to congratulate yourself!
If the anxiety is still above three,
Repeat STEP 3, ‘THE SEQUENCE’ & change your language to preface your statements with...
“Even though I STILL am experiencing a bit of this _____________, I deeply & completely love and accept myself.”
Step 6
move onto STEP 6.
Step 7
If the anxiety is below 3, then take a
Grade the Anxiety (1-10)
moment to congratulate yourself!
If the anxiety is still above three, move back to STEP 6, and repeat until the anxiety dropes below 3.
The brain will work hard to repeat good feelings, so take a few moments to savour your results. Repeat an affirmation while doing the butterfly tap.
(With your arms tightly crossed over your chest, alternatively tap on your back with your full hand.)
